  • FYI: ... "BIG GAME PLAY" ..goes today on SUNDAY!

As I mentioned this Independance Week will definately provide some very good Investment opportunitys, due to the situations and matchups that will give several teams an advantage over their opponents as they both head into the All-Star break....And today's "BGP" is the best Investment opportunity I came across this Week....Atlanta with Smoltz vs Prior was my previous "BGP" I was planning on releasing..but it got PPD...and then downgraded to a Top Rated Play instead, as their matchup was changed.

My "BIG GAME PLAYS" in All Major Sports combined is still hitting Over 73% , since 2003 and All Documented as well.

    -MLB- "BGPs" -YTD Record now: 13W-5L= 73% , since 2004 .

    -MLB- "BGP's" -Season Record now: 5W-2L= 71.4%.

I released my "BIG GAME PLAY"-GAME OF THE WEEK selection on Cleveland -125 ov Balt...an Ez 9-3 Blowout Winner! ....Today's "BGP" is also rated as a GOW selection that should also Bank Big Time for everyone on it today...

This Independance Week I have been on Rolling Strong....recording 5 straight Winning Days before yesterday's down day....But we will get back on the Winning track as my "BIG GAME PLAYS" ...are the Best Plays I got, bar none....and they rarely disappoint me or my clients.

View my past and present "BGP's" released in this thread...if you need to see more solid proof of the Success that these plays has had last year and also this year as well...I am sure you will definately see the Value in these "BGP's" ...and the Quality Handicapping Work I put into them...which is all shown and backed up in my [SIZE=3]Second to None Write-Ups and Big Game Analysis I provided with them.....All the Proof of this Success with my Best Plays...is right here in this thread for everyone to verify and see for themselves.

Note: This "BGP" goes off after 1:35 pm EST action...Dont miss my Best Play for the Week ..as itis ready to Rock-N-Roll for all of us today....Aloha CC.

            Aloha Gang...

Sunday not only concluded the first half of the MLB season...it also concluded another $olid Winning Week in the Bases...It is also my 11th Winning Week out of 13 in MLB so far this year....This Week we won 6 Days and suffered 1 bad day...which, not to my surprise anymore, ended with some strange and sad game outcomes...And this seemed to be the case this whole week as we had some bad beat losses, historic games loses, big blown leads for losses, awesome pitching that ended in losses, losses by mult-run Bombs, Weird and strange outcomes losses, and stupid coaching decisions that led to losses...And the sad thing about it was that the majority of these losses occurred in games that were highly probable wins, before, during, and also till the end for us...Intangibles occurred and just like that those very highly probable winners (TRP's) turned into sad losses...Below is a recap of those that could of, should of, would of won, but they just missed doing that by a pubic hair.....Unreal!

            -Monday: SF blows a 6-1 lead and then a 8-7 lead...Unreal!

-Tuesday: Clev pitchers had solid outtings with comb 12 K's and only 1 walk given up...But starter Westbrook's one bad pitch lead to a 3 run Bomb, the only time the Tigers scored as well...In the loss Clev gets 2 HRs and the Indians still had a chance in the 9th, with men on base....Note: Last minute decision by Clev coach, unknown to me and makes no sense either...but they decided to rest the Leagues Hottest hitter in Travis Hafner...Shit!

-Thursday: Damn weather caused my "BGP" on Atlanta with Smoltz ov Prior to get PPD and moved to Fridays double header...The pitching matchup was a big reason for this play being a "BGP" was changed, as Prior gets moved up to start GM 1 of the doubleheader....Thus, "BGP" needed to be cancelled....This was not a loss, but I felt in this one Smoltz and the Braves would of definately dominated and won...bringing us the big Ca$h....Damn.

-Friday: Zona's pitcher Halsey having the best start of the season...pitching 7 2/3 shutout, with 4 K's, and no walks vs the Reds..but the D-Backs coach's decide to take him out with 2 on and 2 outs and 7 2/3 already in the books and Zona up 3-0...and with Griffery Jr up next....D-Backs then bring in their 4th Lefty reliever who they are trying out...and who has a ERA of 27.00...what a stupid ass move which led to the eventual loss, as Griffery Jr took this Dead Meat Deep for an 8th inning 3 run blast....Should of let Halsey finish the inning out...Damn Pitching coachs definately to blame in this one..

-Saturday: This was a fucked up day which made you me go WTF all day long..

*1st the Cards, pitcher Morris (10-1 Record, 6-0 on Road) goes 8 innings, allowing just 6 hits and 2 runs...but the Cards still gets shut out 2-0 by the Giants, whose 3 pitchers they faced had a comb 19.08 ERA (avg 6.36 ERA)...but they held this potent Cards lineup to just 3 hits and no runs.....WTF!

*Yanks-- hit 4 HRs and they still lose at Home...When ever did the Yankees lauch 4 Bombs at Home and still lose in the end.....WTF!

*Detroit--My Bad Beat of the Week...Tigers dominating and leading all game..only to lose in the last at bat by the D-Rays who got a walk off 2 run Bomb to win by 1 run.....This one still hurts!.

*SD--Helps make Coors Field History for the lowest scoring game ever, only 1 run scored ...This was a sick game...because the Padres pitcher Lawrence had his best pitching performance of the season....and the Padres coming into this game has scored an average of 8.5 rpg and went 5-1 vs Col on the year....8.5 rpg average...the Padres weakest starter pitching a career best game...Padres loaded bases twice with only 1 out, in the 6th and the 9th, and facing one of the worst BP's in the league as well....Howerer, the NL West best team couldnt score 1 damn run to at least tie it up against the worst team the NL and possibly the league...WTF!

-Sunday: This series between the Angels and M's was the Weird and Strange games of the week, imo....Seattle, the 3rd worst team in the AL...Sweeps the AL West leading Angels on the road...The M's came into this series losing 12 of their last 16 games....While the Hot Angels, who has the 2nd best record in the entire league and who was on a tear, winning 13 of their last 16 games..gets SWEPT by the M's, who entered the series with the fewest runs scored and the lowest batting average in the AL... but who went on to outscore the Angels 33-13 and outhit them 47-32...and this against an Angels pitching staff who is rank 2nd best in the AL in team ERA......WTF!

This Independance Week should of been way better than what the final results were..but, I cant complain because we did still Enjoyed 6 out of 7 Winning days...and we did end the Week taking a $olid Double Digit Units Win Total from the Books when the weeks grind was all said and done...Still, some of those losses will stay with me..especially because the money was 3/4's already in our hands....A Positive thing to take out of this Week though, is the fact that in all these games our teams still had a chance to win it in the end and the Books had to sweat out those games as those wont go down without a fight..This is something you always want to do..but only will be able to get, if you know how to cap your games out completely and honestly...The Intangibles helped the Books win but they killed us in that these TRP games...An even Bigger Positive as well, is the fact that all the other parts of the game which I Handicap out and then projected with solid accuracy are still on track....This is a Very Positive and Valuable commodity to have as we start the 2nd Half of the MLB season on Thursday.

Again, we take +10.94 Units from the Man this past week and that is all that matters anyways.... 11 Winning Weeks out of 13 in MLB so far this year is also achieved...MLB-2nd Half starts on Thursday ....So anyone wanting to come on board or continue on board for our MLB-2ND HALF run....You can do so by contacting me to purchase a Ticket on this Legit $$$ Train...thats scheduled to continue Rolling Strong until the Football Season starts....So, lets keep building that Bankroll Up, for the best sport created is ready to Rock-N-Roll again....Damn I cant wait.....GL and Aloha CC.

2nd Half of MLB starts today...so lets keep it Rock-N-Rollin, just like we did in the 1st Half.

*COMP PLAY 4 "THIRSTY THURSDAY" .....ENJOY!

              Philly -112

-Florida ended the 1st half getting swept at home ..and now must start their long 10 game road trip on a soar note, which is never a good thing....The Phillies, on the other hand, ended the 1st half of their season taking the series against the Nationals, who are the NL East leaders...so they do have a bit of momentum and a positive attitude coming into this series vs the Marlins, who has dominated them of late..

Phillies at 26-19 at home and avg 5.2 rpg, hitting .283 at the plate, and .366 OBP in their house...Florida's BP currently in trouble as they have a 1-8 record on the road and a 4 to 6 save to bsv on the year...They also have a combined whopping ERA of 7.00 and WHIP of 1.730 on the Road as well...The Phillies BP the 3 games has an ERA of 3.25 and WHIP of 1.08...and they also have Wagner to close it out for them...

Myers in his first game vs the Marlins in Florida had a solid game going 7 innings giving up only 2 hits and no ERs in the loss...I think he as well as all of the Phillies are tired of getting dominated by these Fish and today will use their momentum to start this series and the 2nd half just like how they ended the first half...on a positive note.... Go Philly!

                      • FYI:

-This was my "BGP" and its Write-Up and Game Analysis I released today on Aloha Friday.

"BIG GAME PLAY" --GAME OF THE WEEK:

                        Milw -130

-Everybody already seems to sold on this Washington team who went into the All Star break on top of the NL East standings...but I am not one of them as I feel alot of these wins they had were lucky, if not due to opponents bad bullpen pitching...as roughly 80% of their runs were scored in the 7th and later innings, that led to over 20 wins via one run victories in the first half of the season...IMO, that is not good baseball and infact I considered them more lucky than anything at all...The Nationals have had solid pitching this year from Loaiza, Hernandez, and Patterson...as well as a very solid closer in Cordeiro who simply continues to amaze everyone...However, as consistant as this part of their game has been early on in the year...it cannot and will not be enough for them to continue or expect to continue without an offense to back them up...and the Nationals Offense so far this year has not been able to do that...which makes their climb to the top even more amazing to say the least, and especially not forgetting that they did it as well with alot of injuries also....

Currently, the Nationals recent offensive struggles is clearly shown in their scoring 4 or fewer runs in 9 of their last 11 games...and overall on the year, they have produced the fewest runs in the Majors, ...2nd to last in HRs with only 60 on the year,....2nd to last in SLG%,...all of which led them ranking last in RBI's in the league as well....They also are 2nd to last in SB with only 26 successful steals on the year....If you cant hit the long ball, dont manufacture the runs through small ball, and lack timely hitting to bring in runners on base via RBI's....sooner or later this will definately catch up to you....Helping this process along is the loss of not only their best hitter on the team, but also one of the best in the league..and.who's absense is leaving a big hole in the meat of their lineup...The Nationals current loss of their cleanup hitter Johnson, who is on the DL, is a big hit to their offense no doubt....Johnson was averaging .320 hitting (ranking 9th in the Majors) and lead them in RBI's and was a main reason for keeping this National's team winning those close games....But, now he is out of the lineup and this has left the Nationals no choice but to use their utility players such as Baerga and Cordero in his #4 spot...Others also like Guillen moved to the cleanup spot, but even he couldnt make up for what Johnson gave this team..as Guillen struck out 3 times in his spot in yesterdays game..

Washington's current loss of Johnson, makes an already struggling offense, as well as, the fact that the Nationals are not keep flying under anyones radar anymore...contributed to their 3 straight losses, and also the losses in 5 of their last 6 games as well....Like many teams with solid pitching, they are finding out that eventhough that is where you need to be strong in, if it is not balanced off with solid offensive play and run production/support...more losses are on its way, as the reality is pitchers cant score runs.....Today, the Nationals send their Ace and All Star to the hill to hopefully stop the bleeding..and although Hernandez has been stellar on the Road and has posted an overall solid 12-3 record with an ERA of 3.48....and also a 6-1 record in his 10 road starts...it is he that I see this lack of offensive support affecting his W/L record in the 2nd half of the season....and the way he has been pitching on the edge and the danger he constantly seems to put himself and this team in, he should find it hard to get those runs back should a team tag him good.....So far he has been lucky just like this Nationals Team overall has been....But again, I feel today and in games coming up...it wont be a good time for the Nationals to rely on this luck or their pitching to get them by like before.....And heres some reasons as to why...

Today, the Nationals offense will also be facing Milwaukee's Ace in Ben Sheets...Sheets since returning back from an ear infection, has won 3 straight games and is 4-1 with a 2.72 ERA in his last 7 starts...The Brew Crew's Ace has been slowly but definately been getting himself right back to his dominant form that he is known to possess....In Sheets 13 starts so far tjis year, he has logged in 77 strikeouts and walked just 19 overall...Last year, Sheets recorded 264 K's in his 34 starts on the year...Outstanding!

Everyone sees Hernandez's record of 12-3 losses compared to Sheets 5-6 record overall and think that they can make a fair assessment from that...Well, you cant..especially when you miss realizing that 9 of Sheets 13 starts this year has been on the road....And that in his 4 Home starts on the year, all were not against any cupcake teams either....ie, Cubs, Yanks, Houston, and St Louis...Against these 4 at Home, Sheets went 1-2, Brewers team in his starts went 2-2, but his ERA was a solid 3.12, his WHIP a super solid 1.000, and he allowed these 4 teams to avg just .181 hitting against him, while allowing fewer than 2 runs in all but one of those games as well...It is Sheets who is flying under the radar right now...and this will also be the first time, this season, that the Natl's will face him, giving Sheets the advantage...Unlike Hernandez, who the Brewers has faced already last month...and who I am sure would like nothing more than to get some revenge upon..

Hernandez, on the road has posted a solid 6-1 record, 3.63 ERA, but a high 1.49 WHIP, and allowed a high .291 batting average against him.......As I mentioned earlier, Hernandez is not a shutdown/over-powering pitcher like Sheets is, and this has lead to him being hit alot this season...Not to mention, put him into alot of bad jams, which up until his last start, he was able to find a way out of each time...Today, I think he will find the going difficult again, especially as this Brewers team is playing very balanced ball of late,...winning their last 3 games and 8th of their last 12 overall...

Yesterday, Milw's Davis was able to match a career high with 9 K's, while giving up just 2 runs on 4 hits in 7 strong innings on the hill...And this has got to be encouraging news for Sheets who will definately challenge this Natl's lineup with his heat...Sheets in his last 3 starts vs Atl, Flor, and Chicago..,all on the road,...went 2-0, ERA 2.57, and a low WHIP of 1.000...In these games he allowed just 2 ERs avg in each of those games, 2 HRs combined, 3 walks overall, 19 K's, and 18 hits in his 21 innings on the hill.....He also held these potent lineups, which btw, ranks 19th (.262 overall), 5th (.273 overall), and 9th (.270 overall) in the league in team hitting averages..to a combined .233 batting against him...Solid!....Also, in Sheets 2nd to last home start vs the Yankees All Star lineup (2nd overall .278 avg), he was able to lead the Brew Crew to a 2-1 win, allowing just 2 hits, 0 ERs, 0 HRs, 5 walks, and 5 strikeouts...Outstanding!

Sidenote: Sheets has 6 less starts than Hernandez...but has record just one less strikeout than Livan and also has allowed just 19 walks to Hernandez's 50 freebies given up on the year so far Hernandez, on the other hand, in his last 3 starts..seems to have experienced some control problems as his ERA went up to 4.03 and WHIP to 1.45 in this span, although going 2-1...This is not good as Milw's bats has been heating up the last 10 games averaging .274 vs RHPs, big difference to the Nationals averaging just .202 hitting vs RHPs their last 10...Big advantage to Sheets on the hill, and Brewers offense at the plate as well...

Sidenote: Hernandez has given up the 8th most Walks in the league and has allowed opponents to average .273 hitting overall against him, and has an overall WHIP of 1.41 to boot..

Sidenote: Sheets overall on the year has allowed opponents to hit only .233 against him and has an overall WHIP of just 1.13 so far on the year.

Washington's Bullpen the last 3 games has a ERA of 5.48 and WHIP of 1.83....Milw's BP the last 3 games has an ERA of 4.70 and WHIP of 1.87...However, at Home Milw's BPs ERA is 3.59 and their WHIP at home is a low 1.218.....While Wash's BP Road ERA is 4.77 and their WHIP on the road is a high 1.514...Milw's BP, at home, also has a 11-4 record and has recorded 13 saves to just 4 BSV on the year....

*Other Stats, Trends, and Info favoring Milw today...

-Wash avg just 4.1 rpg but allowing 4.9 rpg, .286 hitting avg to opponents, and .352 OBP given up to opps..
-Milw defense allowing 4.1 rpg, just .230 avg hitting, and .305 OBP.
-Milw also a solid 24-16 at Home....Wash is just 22-24 on the Road.
-Milw is 4-1 in Sheets last 5 starts.
-Milw is 7-2 in their last 9 Home games.
-Wash is 1-5 in their last 6.

Both the Natl's and the Brewers staffs are ranked 8th in the league with the lowest ERA's of 3.89 overall...but the Brewers also have the advantage, allowing the 5th fewest hits, posting the 5th most K's, and they also has a much lower WHIP compared to the Natl's, who's starters and bullpen as well seems to struggle overall with their control....The Brew Crew is also coming into this one on a bit of a solid run of late, while the Nationals continue to struggle offensively and have lost 4 of their last 5 games...Two of those loses coming by 1 run...and these are the type of games they usually won in the end....I think that the National's were lucky in the first half of the season...and it is now that things should start to balance themselves out...Simply not good news for this Nationals team who was getting used to sneaking up and surprising everyone up till now....

Today, I just cannot overlook the fact that the Brewers are healthier, on a roll, at Home, and their Ace is looking like the Ace that did some damage last season....compared to a Wash team who is not healthy, on a losing streak, on the Road, and whose Ace is coming off his first loss in his last 14 starts, tagged in this pas Tuesdays All Star game, and pitching all year so far on a injuried leg as well...... Sheets and the Brew Crew get it done tonight on Aloha Friday! ....Take Milw as a "BIG GAME PLAY" --GOW selection.

*please disregard any typos or grammatical errors as I didnt have time to edit this write-up...Thxs.

"BIG GAME PLAY" --GAME OF THE WEEK:

                          Milw -130 (4-3 Winner!)

                          * "BGP" -UPDATE:

Well Gang...I was hoping that it wouldnt need to go down to the end like this one did....however, per my Write-Up the Brewers had the better Bullpen if they needed to go there...And they as well would have the edge over the Nationals BP, who has been struggling of late...and that is never good when your offense is also struggling as well...I also had the confidence in the fact that this teams luck in winning 1 run games was starting to change and would change as things starts to balance out...and sure enough, the Nationals lose another game by 1 run with today's lost....Now they have lost 5 of their last 6 games..with 3 of them in this span being lost by 1 run....Again, things are starting to balance out and/or at least catch up to this National team, who has alot of injuries and no offense to compliment there solid pitching staff...

Anyways...I am glad the play hit again for all that came on board to get on this Bad Boy "BIG GAME PLAY" today...

If you were a client...you would know for sure I shoot straight...I dont have time, need, or want to play any other way...Just look in this thread at what I provide, which is btw only a snapshot of what I do provide my clients, and it's clear to see that I dont even have time to do anything else even if I wanted to..

I play straight with my clients...and I expect the same in return...Those that are ignorant, silly, or is looking for someone else to blame can go play with the Scamming Touts and Wannabe Cappers, who likes playing games and selling a bunch of worthless crap....

In my opinion, if you have gained the necessary Experience through failure and success....Your Confident in yourself and your abilities....Arent afraid to Work Hard and get dirty....And most of all be able to keep a Positive Attitude throughout....then shooting straight is not just an easy thing to do...but the only thing to do...And it should be that way!

All I can say to everyone else is to be SMART INVESTORS!

Thanks for the compliment CHICAGODOG...and I wish the Best of Luck to you as well....NOW LETS CONTINUE TO KICK THAT ASS!
