There is no doubt McNAMEE told lies about hiding evidence and stuff like that but i do believe it was all done to somewhat save Clemens from getting grilled more than he did. It was Clemens response of calling out McNAMEE that brought the additional stuff from Brian. I don't think he wanted to "Bring it all up" but he had no choice but to protect himself at that point. His lies of hiding more info isn't shocking to me. I think he was trying to tell as little as possible in the beginning. People ask why he held the needles and such for years. Well, now we see why. He also held stuff on knoblauch too, it wasn't just Clemens. Yes, McNamee lied but several of them were actually in regards to protecting players and not burying them more.

I personally want to see all steroids gone from sports. It has ruined the fabric of professional and amateur athletics of our time. Cycling, track, baseball, football, etc, etc.....I think they should all be tested constantly and just like cycling in Europe. It needs to be disposed of.....
