Game of the Night - Golden State (-6, 241.5) at L.A. Clippers, 10:35 ET

    It’s finally time to Boogie.

The Warriors as we’ve come to know them are over, leaving the floor victorious over the Pelicans on Wednesday night. Golden State won 147-140, surpassing the 140-point mark for the third time in four games after they had eclipsed it just twice in the previous 41.

The defending champs have turned up their level in the season’s second half, but the group that has won two titles after inviting Kevin Durant into the fold to reinvent themselves after blowing a 3-1 deficit in the 2016 NBA Finals may never be the same again.

There’s a chance that Durant re-signs and the team that closed Thursday with the Western Conference’s top record will be seen again in San Francisco when the Chase Center opens in October, because DeMarcus Cousins won’t be there unless he comes out of the opposing locker room.

On Friday night, Cousins will be introduced with Warriors’ first five, debuting after surprisingly signing a one-year deal this past offseason. He’s replacing Kevon Looney at center, giving Golden State five All-Star starters with 25 combined appearances between them.

We’ll see how quickly Steve Kerr gets all the pieces to gel, but two things are probable. For starters, there will be growing pains. It may not happen tonight, but over the next few months, there will be rough spots. Expect a losing streak or two. It won’t help that Friday’s visit to Staples opens a stretch of 11 of 16 on the road between now and March 2, but the goal for Golden State is to hit the ground running in April with everyone feeling comfortable on both sides of the ball.

The other likelihood is that once they do click, people are going to scream about how awful the NBA is thanks to a superteam becoming invincible. Barring injury, Cousins’ ability to score in the post is going to make the game easier for elite shooters Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Durant.

All the nonsense about the Warriors looking vulnerable and no longer putting fear into teams has been squashed by this week’s efforts, which include a 143-111 demolition of the Nuggets in Denver to wrestle away the best record in the Western Conference on Tuesday. Curry’s shooting helped Golden State erase a 17-point deficit against the Pelicans as he finished with 41 points while Durant added 30 points and 15 boards and Looney played his role well with 12 boards and team-highs in blocks and steals with two apiece.

Cousins is expected to be on his best behavior after signing for the mid-level exception, taking a one-year pay cut to earn $5.3 million and show that his ruptured Achilles tendon is fully healed while playing for a championship contender for the first time. The Warriors employ Draymond Green, so they’re not expecting Cousins to be a model citizen, but it would help if he’s able to control his temper and show he’s an exemplary teammate.

This next chapter has yet to be written, but it will be fresh and new. Close the books on these Warriors as we’ve known them. This Cousins-infused version figures to be quite the adventure.

To pick up some tips on how to integrate him, Kerr watched Pelicans’ film from last season to see how he blended in with Anthony Davis, Jrue Holiday and Rajon Rondo last season in addition to tape of what he’s done in previous partnerships with Curry, Thompson and Durant with USA Basketball at the 2014 FIBAs and the 2016 Olympics. He’s been working with the Warriors in five-on-five drills for weeks and won’t be totally lost out there, but it would be surprising if the offense remains as efficient as it has over the past week. Then again, if Curry can extend his streak of hitting at least nine 3-pointers to four games, there’s no reason they have to bog down. Golden State has hit an average of 18.6 3-pointers on their current six-game win streak.

The Clippers will likely start Marcin Gortat since Doc Rivers is unlikely to employ 7-foot-3 Boban Marjanovic against the Warriors due to his inability to defend pick-and-rolls, but he can turn to him if he wants to try and throw the kitchen sink at Cousins and make him contend with a physical force of nature who draws fouls well.

It remains to be seen whether Cousins is on any type of minutes restriction since Kerr hasn’t divulged much other than his plans to start him, so there’s a possibility we may just see him at the start of both halves and a group with more reps that would include Looney would be on the floor If the game is tight down the stretch.

Over the past nine games, a stretch beginning on Dec. 29 in which Golden State has gone 8-1, it has averaged 131.6 points per game. The ‘over’ is 8-1 in those games. Conversely, the ‘under’ is 6-2 in the last eight Clippers’ games as they’ve averaged just 105.3 points during their current four-game losing streak.

L.A. has played the Warriors tough in each of the first two meetings this season, winning at home 121-116 in overtime back on Nov. 12 as a 3.5-point underdog and covering in Oakland on Dec. 23 as an 11-point ‘dog in a 129-127 loss. Tobias Harris scored 32 in the loss, while Curry led everyone with 42 points. He didn’t play in the first meeting at Staples, which ended in that infamous bickering incident between Green and Durant at the end of regulation.

The ‘over’ hit in both games so its not too surprising to see this total open above 240, making it the largest involving L.A. this season. This will be the sixth game with a total at 240 or higher involving the Warriors. The ‘over’ is 3-2 in those games. Golden State leads the NBA with 118.6 points per game while the Clippers rank fifth, averaging 115.2.

New Orleans only topped 130 points in two of the 48 contests that Cousins appeared in last season. The Pelicans were on a season-high four-game winning streak when he was injured on Jan. 26, having registered a triple-double in a home upset of the Rockets. Nearly a full year later, he’ll take the floor looking to turn the best basketball team on the planet into the most impressive one ever assembled. Just don’t expect to see it happen overnight.

    Best of the Rest

Memphis at Boston, 7:05 p.m. ET:
Memphis center Marc Gasol temporarily lost feeling in his hand earlier this week after being hit on his elbow earlier this week and has been playing hurt most of the past few months. Point guard Mike Conley is gutting it out too and small forward Kyle Anderson is out a few weeks after an ankle sprain, so the Celtics have a great chance of utilizing their depth to wear down the visiting Grizzlies. Boston is looking to win consecutive games after snapping a three-game losing streak with an impressive 117-108 comeback win over Toronto on Wednesday. Brad Stevens has some chemistry issues within his group to iron out as he looks to keep everybody happy with minutes and touches, but his team has responded extremely well at home, winning their last seven games at TD Garden. The Celtics beat the Grizzlies 112-103 on Dec. 29 at FedEx Forum, getting 26 points and 13 assists from Kyrie Irving. Boston shot 50 percent against one of the NBA’s top defensive teams and will look for the sweep of the Griz for the third straight season, owning a six-game winning streak in this series.

Miami at Detroit, 7:05 p.m. ET:
After a strong start, the Pistons are on the outside looking in as far as the Eastern Conference playoff picture is concerned, having fallen out of the top-eight by going 6-17 since Dec. 3. They haven’t come away with victories consecutive games since extending a winning streak to five with an upset of the Warriors on Dec. 1 but will be looking to end that run after posting a 120-115 comeback win over Orlando on Wednesday. The Heat come off their worst loss of the season after losing in Milwaukee 124-86 on Tuesday and will be continuing a four-game road trip that continues in Chicago on Saturday as Dwyane Wade faces his hometown team for the final time. Miami beat Detroit 120-115 on Nov. 5 behind Josh Richardson’s 27 points. Goran Dragic remains out, while fellow point guard Tyler Johnson, who has been starting, is dealing with an illness. Detroit just got its roster fully healthy with backup point guard Ish Smith and second-team center Zaza Pachulia getting back on the floor.

San Antonio at Minnesota, 8:05 p.m. ET:
There were a lot of great vibes blown up in Philadelphia on Monday night as far as the Timberwolves are concerned. Ryan Saunders’ early success as interim head coach featured a road upset of OKC and an emotional home win over the Pelicans, but Jimmy Butler and the 76ers absolutely destroyed Minnesota 149-107, again bringing questions about the team’s toughness to the forefront. Point guard Jeff Teague says the T’Wolves can’t afford to be a “pretty team” and must be tougher, so it will be interesting to see what fight they display against the veteran Spurs. San Antonio has won two of three meetings between these teams, including the season opener (112-108) and the most recent meeting back on Dec. 21 by a 124-98 count. Bryn Forbes led the Spurs with 22 points as they shot 57.6 percent from 3-point range and racked up 36 assists. The ‘over’ has connected in 13 of the last 15 Minnesota games and in all three Wolves-Spurs matchups this season. Starting forward Robert Covington and backup point Tyus Jones are out with ankle injuries, but guards Teague and Derrick Rose rejoined the lineup.

New Orleans at Portland, 10:35 p.m. ET:
Anthony Davis didn’t play when the Pelicans fell in Portland 109-95 on Nov. 3, so he’ll be looking to help his team bounce back from a tough loss suffered in Oakland. Davis briefly left the floor after hurting himself in the fourth quarter but was on the floor in the final minute and doesn’t appear on the injury report. Nikola Mirotic, who had been operating under a minutes restriction, scored 29 points in looking like he’s back up to speed against the Dubs, giving the Pels an extremely productive frontcourt rotation that also features Julius Randle. Point guard Elfrid Payton is also back, so we’ll see if New Orleans can go on a run and keep the rumor mill regarding Davis’ future from swirling and picking up intensity as we head towards the trade deadline. The Blazers routed the Cavs at home on Wednesday as Damian Lillard shook off a hand injury to lead the charge and snap a two-game losing streak. Small forward Maurice Harkless has been and out of the lineup with a knee injury and is questionable tonight. Jake Layman would start again if Harkless is out.

            Magic Maker

Orlando's Nikola Vucevic is in a favorable spot tonight versus a Nets' team surrendering an average of 25.7 points on 54.1 percent shooting, and 17.9 total rebounds to opposing centers.

Vucevic has logged 20 or more points in six of the Magic’s last 10 games and has 29 double-doubles on the season through 43 starts. Look for him to take advantage of the matchup and back Over his points, rebounds, assists total.

            Shut down defense

The Cavaliers have just one win in their last 14 games and have only won away from home four times this season. Today, they take on a Jazz team who have won eight of the last nine home games versus the Cavs and are coming in hot, winners of five straight.

The Jazz have held opponents to 101.7 points on 42.1 percent shooting over their last three. They should have no problems slowing down a Cleveland team averaging only 102.1 points a game on the road this season. Take Under the Cavaliers team total of 100.5.

            Matching up well

The Pistons are 2-point favorites despite losing seven of their last 10 games. Today, they host a Miami Heat team once again without Goran Dragic but might also be without Wayne Ellington and Josh Richardson as well. Both are listed as questionable for today's matchup with an illness.

The Heat have a won six of the last 10 in the head-to-head series including five of the last seven, but the average score gives Detroit the slightest edge 104.4-104 over their last 10. If Richardson and Ellington can suit up Friday night, take the Heat to cover and grab the 2-points.

            Another level

The Warriors have scored 140 or more points in three of their last four games and have won six straight contests heading into tonight's game versus the Clippers. Oh, and they're getting more help. Today, is the much-anticipated return of DeMarcus Cousins, who averaged 25.2 points and 12.9 rebounds a game for the Pelicans last season.

Defensively, the Clippers are allowing 114.7 points a game and have struggled in the head-to-head versus Golden State winning only two of the last 10. Look for Golden State to cruise and cover as 7-point road favorites.

            Efficient scoring

The Blazers have won five straight home contests but host a Pelicans team that have faired well versus Portland winning four of the last five games and owning the head-to-head series winning seven of the last 10. The Pelicans have been one of the league's top scoring teams averaging 122.3 points per game over their most recent three and their efficiency on the floor has been a constant ranking third in shooting percentage at 48.1.

Look for the Pelicans to find success versus a defense giving up 114.3 over their last three games and take them to cover as 4-point road underdogs.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) D'Angelo Russell matched his career high with 40 points and the Brooklyn Nets overcame a 21-point deficit to beat the Orlando Magic 117-115 on Friday night.

Russell's 3-pointer with 27.1 seconds left put the Nets up for the first time since they led 2-0. After missed free throws by both teams left Brooklyn with a two-point lead, Evan Fournier missed a shot in the lane that would have tied it for Orlando.

Spencer Dinwiddie scored 18 of his 20 points in the second half for Brooklyn. The Nets won for the 16th time in 21 games, making 19 of 46 3-pointers. They also rallied Wednesday night in a 145-142 overtime victory at Houston.

Aaron Gordon scored 23 points for Orlando, and Nikola Vucevic had 16 points and 17 rebounds.

San Antonio scoring leader DeMar DeRozan sat out because of left ankle soreness.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 23 points for Minnesota, but was limited to 21 minutes because of foul trouble. Derrick Rose also had 23 points.

BOSTON (AP) - Kyrie Irving scored 20 of his 38 points in the third quarter and Boston held off Memphis.

Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 26 points. They have lost 10 of 11 overall, and six in a row on the road.

                JAZZ 115, CAVALIERS 99

                PISTONS 98, HEAT 93

DETROIT (AP) - Blake Griffin had 32 points and 11 rebounds and Detroit Pistons overcame an early exit by injured Andre Drummond to beat Miami.

Dwyane Wade scored 20 points for the Heat, but missed badly on an off-balance 3-pointer in the final seconds that could have tied it.

Drummond left with a nasal injury after being hit in the face in the first quarter by the arm of Miami's James Johnson.

                    Saturday’s List of 13; Clearing out a cluttered mind…….

                    13) A quick story from my college days:

At U of Albany, or whatever it was called back then, we would make our own class schedule, but as an English major, I had to have an English professor sign off on the schedule, so off I went to get my last semester of college approved. This was November, 1981.

Not being a good student, doing the exact minimum to get by, the professor was unimpressed as she looked over my transcript. “You’ve never taken any olde English classes. No Shakespeare, what do you think of Dryden?,” referring to John Dryden, the English poet/playwright.

I was a big hockey fan back then, so for some unknown reason, I say, “I’m glad he retired; the Bruins could never beat him,” referring to Ken Dryden, the retired goalie from the Montreal Canadiens. Timing wasn’t my forte.

The professor glared at me a little, reluctantly signed off on my schedule, and I was outta there. On my down the hall, I pass an office door that said “Dr Anne Weinberg, Head of English Dept”

Whoops, but I still somehow got my diploma. Later on I found out they changed the requirements for future English majors, to include olde English classes. Glad I could help!!!!

                    12) If I had to do it all over again, would’ve gone to college at Cal-Santa Barbara or Pepperdine, a a place where I’d never be cold. UNLV would’ve been a complete disaster, would’ve been back home within a year

Hell, I was lucky to graduate from a school in the frozen northeast.

                    11) This, from an excellent article on Alabama football by Bruce Feldman in The Athletic:

“The reality is there is more of a grind coaching at the college level than in the NFL, which does not tie its coaches to recruiting 52 weeks of the year.”

                    10) Mel Kiper Jr’s latest mock draft on ESPN.com had the Miami Dolphins taking QB Kyler Murray with the 13th pick in the first round.

                    9) Dallas Cowboys told offensive coordinator Scott Linehan to take a hike Friday; they fired their offensive line coach during the season, now this. From the statement Jason Garrett put out that praised Linehan, I’m guessing this was the front office’s decision, not Garrett’s.

                    8) My three favorite Susan Sarandon movies:
                    a) Bull Durham b) White Palace c) The Client

                    7) When Washington Huskies swept their Utah/Colorado road trip last week, it was first time in six years the Huskies swept a 2-game Pac-12 road swing. Mike Hopkins is building a solid program in the Pacific northwest.

                    6) Trent Dilfer played in the NFL for 14 years in the NFL, winning Super Bowl XXXV with the Ravens; he was on ESPN for nine years after that, but got laid off two years ago. Now Dilfer is the new football coach at Lipscomb Academy in Nashville. Not too many high schools have a former NFL quarterback as their football coach.

                    5) Pat Sajak was a TV weatherman in Los Angeles for five years before becoming the host of Wheel of Fortune, where I’m guessing he makes a little more money than he did while doing the weather.

                    4) Surprising stat: Miami Hurricanes are 7-6 in their last 13 games against North Carolina.

                    3) Non-basketball thing I learned from listening to Bill Walton call the Oregon-Arizona game Thursday: the Nile River flows through 11 different countries in northeast Africa.

By the way, at halftime of this game, there was a guy on the court, balancing a large ladder on his chin.

Why does someone start doing that?
How many times did the ladder fall and hit him on the face, before he mastered his craft?
Is balancing a ladder on your chin a craft?

                    2) Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald shot a hole-in-one Friday while playing golf with former president Obama at Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, FL. He hit an 8-iron from 162 yards on the 13th hole; the ace was witnessed by Tim Rosaforte of the Golf Channel.

                    1) The Bodyguard is an old Kevin Costner movie where he is a retired Secret Service agent who protects a singer (Whitney Houston) who has received death threats; the movie is 2 hours, 9 minutes long, but when it showed up on channel 330 on DirecTV this week, it was put into a 3 hour, 30 minute window. That adds up to 129 minutes of movie, 81 minutes of commercials.

                    No bueno.

NBA Game Preview - Los Angeles Lakers at Houston Rockets

Seven teams in the Western Conference are within two games of each other in the standings, promising an entertaining push for the playoffs in the final few months of the regular season. The Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets are a pair of teams in that mix but they are heading in opposite directions as they set to square off this week.

The Rockets began the year slowly but are finally playing like the team everyone expected following last year’s standout showing. They have zoomed up the standings and will be the clear favorites in this one as they are the better team and have the home court advantage. The Lakers started the season strong but an injury to superstar LeBron James has set them back and now they are in danger of falling out of the top-8 seeds that make the playoffs in NBA gambling.

This NBA basketball game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets will be held at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas at 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, January 19th, 2019. The game will be nationally televised on ABC.

We'll have NBA basketball odds at BookMaker.eu available for every game of the 2019 NBA season.

                        Odds Analysis

The Lakers have won two in a row as they aim to stay afloat without James. Los Angeles is 25-21 on the season. The Lakers have had some issues on the road this year as they have only won 10 of 22 games.

The Rockets are 25-19 on the year but they did lose a game to the Nets last time out. Houston has the talent to keep moving up the standings as it is only one game behind the No. 3 seed Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Rockets have been scoring a lot of points lately, which the oddsmakers could take it under consideration when pegging the scoring total in NBA gambling.

                        Injury Report

Both teams are going to be missing key players for this one. The biggest one is James, who remains out with a groin injury he suffered on Christmas Day against the Warriors. The Lakers won that game and hoped to be announcing themselves as contenders in the West, but the injury has torpedoed any thought of trying to finish with one of the top seeds. James is leading the team in points, assists and rebounds on the season and the Lakers are hoping to get him back as soon as possible.

The Rockets continue to play without point guard Chris Paul, who is dealing with a hamstring injury. He seems on track to be back soon but is unlikely to play in this matchup. Houston will also be without standout forward Clint Capela, who is going to miss more than a month due to injury.

                        Key Stat

35.4. That’s the points per game Rockets star James Harden is averaging, which easily leads the league. Harden has been in an incredible groove lately as he has regularly scored more than 50 points in multiple contests.

Without Paul and Capela, Harden has taken over and has the green light to shoot at any time. The Lakers would love to force others to beat them, but that’s every team’s plan and Harden still manages to take over games. Look for him to go for more than 40 in this one and 50 wouldn’t be a surprise.

                        Free NBA ATS Picks

The Rockets are the better team but they are short-handed, which could allow Los Angeles to hang around even without the presence of LeBron. The Lakers aren’t going to win this game but they could be a good choice to cover the spread in NBA betting lines.

This one could have plenty of points, but the oddsmakers know that, too, so keep an eye on the scoring total when it is released.

NBA ATS Pick: Houston Rockets 117, Los Angeles Lakers 112

                        • Saturday's Tip Sheet
                          Kevin Rogers

Game of the Night: Lakers at Rockets – 8:30 PM EST

LeBron James remains sidelined for Los Angeles (25-21 SU, 19-25-2 ATS) with a lingering groin injury as the Lakers own a 5-7 record without their superstar. The Lakers picked up their second straight win in Thursday’s 138-128 overtime triumph at Oklahoma City as 10-point underdogs. L.A. erased an early 17-point deficit to actually lead at halftime, 67-63. Kyle Kuzma paced the Lakers with 32 points, while Ivica Zubac put up 26 points on 12-of-14 shooting off the bench, to go along with 12 rebounds.

The Rockets (25-19 SU, 22-21-1 ATS) suffered only their second home defeat in the last 14 games in improbable fashion on Wednesday against Brooklyn. Houston held a 13-point advantage with four minutes remaining in regulation and a six-point edge with 28.6 seconds left before Spencer Dinwiddie drilled a trio of three-pointers to force overtime. The Nets eventually won in the extra session, 145-142 to cash as six-point underdogs, but the story wasn’t Brooklyn’s comeback.

James Harden posted a 57-point effort in Monday’s win over Memphis, but topped that output on Wednesday by scoring 58 points, which included hitting 21 free throws. The Rockets attempted a league-record 70 three-pointers and hit 23 of them, but Houston has now alternated wins and losses in each of its past eight games.

The Lakers are seeking their first three-game winning streak since early December, while trying to avenge a pair of losses to the Rockets. In the last matchup at Toyota Center on December 13, the Rockets pulled away from the Lakers, 126-111 to cash as six-point favorites. Harden torched the Lakers for 50 points, but the Rockets also played with Chris Paul, Eric Gordon, and Clint Capela, all have since been sidelined due to injuries.

                          Finding the Pace

For the third time this month, the Pacers (29-15 SU, 23-21 ATS) lost by double-digits to one of the beasts of the Eastern Conference. After falling to Boston and Toronto in January, Indiana dropped a 120-96 decision to Philadelphia as three-point home favorites on Thursday. Victor Oladipo was limited to 6-of-20 shooting from the floor and scored 15 points in the defeat, while Indiana lost for the first time at home since December 18 against Cleveland.

Seven of the last nine home wins for the Pacers have come against teams owning losing records, as Indiana’s next opponent sits below the .500 mark. Dallas (20-24 SU, 26-18 ATS) has compiled a dreadful 4-18 record away from American Airlines Center, but won its last road contest at Minnesota last Friday. However, the Mavericks hit the road following consecutive home losses to Golden State and San Antonio, while blowing a 19-point advantage in Wednesday’s four-point defeat to the Spurs.

The Pacers had their nine-game OVER streak snapped against the 76ers, this coming one month after Indiana ran off 12 consecutive UNDERS. Dallas swept Indiana last season, including a 98-94 win at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in December 2017.

                          Royal Road Woes

The Kings (23-22 SU, 26-19 ATS) started the season by winning four of their first six games away from Golden 1 Center. Sacramento has put together a 5-10 road record since November 4, which includes five straight away losses. The latest defeat came in Thursday’s 114-95 setback at Charlotte, as the Hornets torched the Kings for 43 second quarter points. Sacramento cashed its sixth consecutive UNDER, while allowing at least 113 points for the seventh straight road game.

Sacramento heads to Detroit looking to beat the Pistons (20-24 SU, 21-22-1 ATS) for the second time in less than 10 days. The Pistons are coming off a 98-93 triumph over the Heat on Friday, as Detroit tries to close out its homestand at 3-0 with a win over Sacramento. Detroit will attempt to avenge a 112-102 setback on January 10, as the Pistons fell behind by 17 points at halftime. The Pistons played with no rest that night as Blake Griffin sat out on the second of a back-to-back. Detroit owns a 2-3 SU/ATS record on no rest as the Pistons beat the Warriors in the only time in this situation at Little Caesars Arena.

                          Disappearing Act

The Magic (19-26 SU, 22-23 ATS) built a 21-point lead over the Nets on Friday, but Brooklyn rallied back for a 117-115 victory to end Orlando’s four-game home winning streak. Orlando is back on its home court tonight to host Milwaukee (32-12 SU, 26-16-2 ATS), who is 10-2 SU/ATS since Christmas.

The Bucks have covered in every win during this stretch, including four times in the road favorite role. Milwaukee has topped the 109-point mark in each of its past 10 victories, while riding a 5-1 run to the UNDER in the previous six games away from Fiserv Forum. The Bucks crushed the Magic in their first matchup this season in Milwaukee, 113-91 as nine-point favorites in late October, as Orlando was limited to 32% shooting from the floor.

                          Perfect Ten?

It’s been a season to forget for Chicago, as the Bulls (10-35 SU, 20-24-1 ATS) own one of the worst records in basketball and are in the midst of a nine-game losing streak. Chicago returns home from an 0-5 road trip in which the Bulls covered only once in an eight-point setback at Utah. The Bulls last won at the United Center on December 21 against the Magic, while posting a 1-7 record in their past eight home contests since upsetting Oklahoma City.

The Heat (21-22 SU, 23-20 ATS) invade the Windy City tonight seeking to end a two-game slide after losing on the road at Milwaukee and Detroit. Miami erased a 14-point halftime deficit on Friday, but ultimately lost to the Pistons, 98-93 as short underdogs. The Heat is looking to avoid its first three-game losing streak since November, as Miami has won four straight off consecutive defeats.
