I agree with bryan on this topic. I think what he is trying to say is Peyton has had this amazing offense just about his whole career and has done nothing with them except put up big numbers. When it comes to crunch time in the playoffs he never shows up. He is one of the best in the league, no doubt about it. Peyton should have at least 1 superbowl with the players he has around him but he doesnt. He is a GREAT regular season player and thats it until he proves otherwise.

3) So Peyton hasn't won "the big one" yet..... Barry Sanders never came close to winning "the big one", and yet is a better back than Emmitt Smith (who won 4 "big ones") EVER WAS!!!

Wow, interesting stuff. So you know my perspective, I am a Pats season ticket holder, so have had the opportunity to see a lot of Manning live, as well as many other QB's over the years, and I would say that purely as a QB he is the best in the post Marino, Elway, Young era. However, he has been terrible in the two playoff games in NE, he has looked confused and rattled. Last night he beat a very susceptable team that is injury riddled in the secondary. All that said of course I would take Brady any day over Manning, and the three super bowls that have come with him.

Honestly, I'd take Manning. Yes Tom Brady is great but he's played for the better team all these years. I think Peyton is the more talented QB.

NO peyton would have thrown 3 or 4 INTS or more causing PATS fans major disappointment. Tom Brady has "it" manning doesnt. JBC i'm glad someone finally see my point around here.

your NUTS, 1/2 the people cant even name the WRs for New england. Brady's weapons dont even compare to mannings. Look @ it. Deion branch,david patten vs. Marvin harrison & reggie wayne. Oh and dont forget Edgerrin James either. Who did brady have in the backfield???? Dillion last year yes, but the other 2 SB's wasnt is the Artist formerly known as Antwann Smith???? This is the same argument from the Yankee fans when they were saying Jeter is a better player than A-Rod (in Texas) or Nomar (before the injury problems) because he had 4 rings. And just as now, if A-Rod or Nomar play on those World Series Yankee teams, they'd have just as many rings as Jeter.

You guys are nuts, the colts have WAY more talent than the patriots ever had. That is crazy, brady was winning superbowls with deion branch, troy brown and Antoine freakin smith. Brady would probably have more Superbowls if he had the kind of talent manning has around him.

exactly my point JBC. you cant argue with this fools, they just dont get it. Manning wont win this year and this issue will be dead til next year when the Colts are once again a solid team with nothing to show for it.

Bry, but look at the other side of the ball....Indy has had one of, if not the worst, defense in the league the last few years. And is someone like Brandon Stokely REALLY that good, or could it be that Manning makes him that good?
