we Love it! With the damper system you can actually
have charcoal red hot and ready to cook on in 15-20
minutes. The cast iron cooking grates do rust some,
but I just scrape with a putty knife and wire brush and
I'm ready to go. You'll Love It!

Guys I bought this unit and took it back. Was a piece of shit!
Char-Griller Duo Gas/Charcoal Grill - Gas Grills at Grills Direct
Damn thing didn't cook even, middle burner quit working, propane gauge would read full then empty, temperature on all 3 burners on would go too 600. Also I cooked burgers for 25 minutes and the damn things were still not done. I put them on my foreman grill and it takes 7 minutes a burger and they taste just as good as the gas grill ones, but are actually not red in the middle.
I think PhilJr recommended this grill:
Weber Performer Charcoal Grill - Charcoal Grills at Grills Direct
I looked at the Big Green Egg and damn those things are expensive. Plus they have tons of add ons which make it more expensive. Might be a overkill on what I would need.

This is the one I have...my old lady bought me this when she moved in with me...never had a problem with it, works great, not too much work to keep clean, but I believe its a bit pricey around $500...
Blue Ember Grills
I also keep a lil $30 charcoal grill for when im in the mood to start a fire...

If you tailgate alot like me and are at the games or lake early here is a good one.
Bloody Mary Wings:
First you get some:
18 whole wings or 36 split
Cherry wood in smoker
Celery sticks
Chilled Vodka
Rub:
2 tblspoons Celery Salt
4 teaspoons Black pepper
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
Sauce:
11/2 cup V8
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
I smoke them with just the rub for 45 minutes at 300 degrees and then 450 degrees for about 8-10 minutes to give them a crisp taste. Then put the sauce in a bowl and warm it.Toss the wings in the bowl of warm sauce and serve with celery sticks and shots of vodka Great taste at 8 or 9 in the morning
