Guys got this from my buddy over the weekend and he uses this receipe on some steaks, but says it is the best on shiska-bobs, soaking the meat and veggies in the marinate. I used it last night and it was very good, here it is
1 cup of red wine{dry wine such as chiante, cabernet}
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic crushed
little bit of salt/pepper
he said best to let meat/veggies soak at least 8 hours.
