I have a brother-in-law, on the other hand, who probably eats healthier than anyone I know. He couldn't control his cholesterol even with his healthy eating. Drugs are required for cholesterol treatment for a lot of people, no matter how healthy the lifestyle. Unfortunately, there's nothing any of us can do about our genetic pool.
