Are you using a Windows XP computer? I just realized this all started after I took a security update for XP from Microsoft yesterday evening.
If this is unique to XP systems, it's certainly safe to be here. The update now has XP identifying something as a threat that wasn't previously considered to be malware. I'm sure it's been part of Monte's program all along.
I would suggest not using Explorer, though, cause it's IE8 and hasn't been supported for quite a while by Microsoft. It's just not safe.
