hey tech just got a reply from wayne, and he said that they are not allowed to give out e-mails anymore, only monte can, so hopefully monte will get back to me.

Something simple is stay away from acids like orange juice for example, try and cut out all acids. Same as sugars, sugars will feed it, stay away from sugar. Almost all b vitamins will help also.

if i could sleep it would be ok.been up since wednesday with only 3 hrs at most since wednesday.

I TRIED THAT 6 MONTHS AGO AND MY INSURANCE THAT I PAY $76 a week for would not cover it because they said it was not a loss of life withdrawl just very uncomfortable

If you have not gone to a rehab you should, but i thought you said you already did that, in that case, you could always go back and give it another try. I have heard and helped many people who say the same things you say about those places, so your not the only 1.

That's what i thought, (that is the type of thing i would say in an e-mail) anyway your doing the right thing IMO and i know plenty of people who have done it that way. The bottom line is you just have to get that crap out of your system. Everything i would tell you to do would be natural and or organic. Maybe you could get some ideas from that.

Don't get me wrong tech the first week or maybe 2 is hell, you just gotta get through it. I know you can do it.

well just got back from a suboxone dr he gave me 3 vicodins and said come in wed morning to start the suboxone treatment.I lost 15 lbs since last visit to my dr. 2 weeks ago.So just took a 10mg vicodin and feel better will take 1 tonight 1 tomorrow morning and then start suboxone wed.morning.Please anyone here dont ever ever get yourself on pain meds at all.If i had it to do i would haove just suffered through the pain instead of taking the pills.You never know how easy it is to get hooked.no one wants to get addicted or dependent on pills to make it through the day,anyway thanks everyone for your help and Pain and chung thanks for the e-mails.
