You need to go to a meth clinic tech. They break you off it slowly and to the point where your body can handle it.

P.S. Is this a serious post?

I know a few people that had this problem, dont know too much about wat they went through, but they said the best way to quit was just to do it cold turkey and not ease off it. They said they first week or so is brutal but gets better, and 1 of them said something about cutting red meat out of your diet for about a month, something thats in red meat wasnt good for quiting and eat lots of protein fish, chicken, and eggs. If u cant hold down solid food drink protein shakes, said protein is very important part of recovery. Hope this helps this is just 2nd hand things i have heard. Good Luck!

Went through the Vicodin withdrawal a couple of years ago after knee surgery. Felt like I had the flu for 3 days, missed all my classes...it was miserable.

Don't want to speak out of line here, but I think I remember Wayne Chung works or worked with substance abuse people. Maybe he will be checking in.

Cold turkey may be too much of a shock to your system all at once, depending on how long you were using.

Good luck Tech. One thing for sure, I will never touch another pain pill because there is no way I want to go through that again. They were too easy to get. Get through this, and hopefully you will never want to go back.

well this is my story i had back to back hernia surgeries back in 2002 knew i like the pills but never really got addicted to it.then on dec 16 2008 my girlfriend had a mis carriage and the only thing that got me feelining ok was the pain pills.that is when i got hooked.i stopped drinking almost all together and just took the pain pills.going to different doctors and hospitals taking more and more each time.then when i felt ok i tried to stop and went through withdrawl then took them not because i was addicted but took them to get through the day without being sick.then i thought enough i am going to a methadone clinic and get help.well i find out they are all about your $12 a day rather than tryingt to get you off.just recently said i had enough of the methadone money train also.but now sick as hell and trying to get through this.

hey tech just got a reply from wayne, and he said that they are not allowed to give out e-mails anymore, only monte can, so hopefully monte will get back to me.

something simple is stay away from acids like orange juice for example, try and cut out all acids. Same as sugars, sugars will feed it, stay away from sugar. Almost all B vitamins will help also.
