Half these bastards are placing action, or have at some point, themselves.

      Unbelievable...

Moral police...could look at it that way but it never works and they know it...all about the $$$$$$$.

As stated earlier in the this thread if it does pass it will take sometime to enforce...How long? Don't know...but certainly more than days...more likely weeks or months. But, if passed, it will eventually be enforced and transferring money to or from a bank account will not happen. Will they go backwards to track accounts...possible, probably obvious large transfers of money INTO accounts...after all, this will become more about TAX EVASION and less about gambling. Heroin is illegal too but I sure see alot of junkies.

My suggestion, if this passes, it's back to your local book.

PiggyBacking legislation on tail end legitimate issue at 12am is the sad part and is done on both sides. Politics at its best.

Back to the days where individuals gamble with money they don't have. What happens next...broken kneecaps

Hats off to our Government for another collosile fuck up...why not simply find a way to tax it?

I agree....I try and live by, 'the grass is not always greener on the other side' philosophy. However, being that I am in a free country, it gives me the right to shit on what I think is wrong about it. This bill is wrong....PERIOD

And the only reason it's being passed is so the feds can get their share of the pot. There's so much gambling everywhere and yet this form is illegal. Horse racing, dog racing, lottery, black jack at indian casino's, slot machine's, country club wagers, the stock market (Probably the biggest form of gambling of all)

I'm just here so I won't get fined....

I am still watching on C-span, many are objecting to the attachment of internet gambling to a port security bill.

This is out of hand, Friday night sessions????????

These bills need to be about specific issues or thrown out.
