That's great that you guys feel that way but these guys all know each other and a lot of them hang out together off the court too. Lebron played with Howard in the Olympics didn't he? Do you think Howard would have done that to Lebron if the Magic lost? I doubt it. It's about respecting other "Professionals" in your business.

Is it a written rule that you have to shake the magics hand. Its not like he was a member of the pistons crew after they hacked their way against the great bulls team. This kid has shown nothing but class during his tenure in the nba and if espn and the rest of the scum sucking media has nothing else to write about they should look for other things to gossip about. He was very classy against the magic during the series and showed why he is the face of the nba.

That's because Dwight's not as passionate as Lebron. And Dwight didn't carry his teammates for an entire season and then 14 postseason games only to be let down by them in the end. Lebron carries his team for 96 games, wins MVP and has arguably one of the greatest seasons in the history of the NBA, yet he falls short of the Finals. He's upset? How dare he.

I have no issue with a player who goes up to an opponent after the game, taps him on the ass, congratulates him on winning, wishing him luck the rest of the year and then heads to the tunnel...it drives me crazy to see players laughing on the field after a loss talking to opponents as I stand in the aisle, miserable at the world.....

I guess you miss the concept mavs of being upset and shaking a hand at the same time. It's like walking and chewing gum, it can be done. In fact, other frustrated and pissed off players have been doing it for years.

Five years, one mistake, that's all that needs to be said. You can be upset with him if you want. This is the equivalent to a kid getting straight A's throughout high school, and one day he comes home with a D. Is he now an idiot? No he fucked up.

People need to get over these things and move on, leave the guy alone already. He's not perfect and neither is anyone else.

Correct...but the point is he is 24 yrs old and if this is the biggest mistake he makes, if it is even a mistake, good for him!

He and Kobe traveled similar paths to this point of their careers and one's act is a lot cleaner than the other. Not too many professional athletes to compare him to at this stage of their careers.
