STREAKING AND SLUMPING STARTERS
STREAKING
Shane Bieber, Cleveland Indians (1-0, 1.80 ERA, $200): It looks like it could be a breakout season for Cleveland’s 23-year old right-hander. Bieber has been almost unhittable in his first three games (two starts) with a 0.67 WHIP and a .196 opponent on base percentage.
However, he faces his first real challenge of the season as the Indians visit the Mariners and their hot bats. Cleveland is currently a -120 favorite with a total sitting at 8.
SLUMPING
Dylan Bundy, Baltimore Orioles (0-1, 8.76 ERA, $70): We really are sorry Dylan. We just know he is much more talented than his numbers say. He is a man who just doesn’t want to waste away in Baltimore and his pitching reflects that.
There is no way his opponents should have an OBP of nearly .400 with the stuff he has. Bundy will be in a familiar position tonight, as a big underdog. The O’s are currently +205 road dogs against the Rays with a total of 8.

BLUE BIRDS STARTERS STILL TAKING FLIGHT
The Blue Jays continue to get great starting performances from there starters. Clay Buchholz joined the party last weekend, allowing one run in six innings in his first start against the Rays. Matt Shoemaker pitched another quality start last night against the Twins, and tonight it’s Aaron Sanchez’s turn. Sanchez has a 1.69 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP in his first three starts of the season. The Twins will be a tough challenge, ranking in the top 10 in batting average and OPS. With the Jays continuing to struggle to hit early in games, maybe take a look at the Under in the first five innings here.
