Is this your 1st day here? There is and never has been any reasoning with Chad. We have found that out a thousand times over again and i saw that the 1st week he was here. He does and says what he wants and he never cares about people until after the fact ... when he apologizes.

We're of a different ilk Wayne. I've seen a change in Chad. It's not a big one, but there's definitely been a change. I'll just agree to disagree with you on that one.

I sure wish you would take the time to backtrack and show me where this change started.......

For the longest period of time, I tried to counsel and guide Chado, then realized it like training a Cobra......When the Cobra first gets out the basket, it runs wild, bites people, and then the trainer manages, to get an apology from the Cobra for his bad behavior, only to anxiously await his next trip out of the basket, to STRIKE again....

If you'll notice, Chado goes out there, and strikes at other members, and continues to progressively get worse, until, he's called out, then it's another apology....

Chado settle down, when he fears banishment, or he's pushed too far.....not when he realizes he's wrong, cause when has that been....

I personaly don't have any arguments about Chados drug habit, stopppage of, how it got started or why, cause I really don't have the time to adopt another kid.....he'll work em out, or he won't....

I'll try and say this again....here's my problems with Chado, and if you'll notice, they're not drug related....

believes his opinion is the 11th commandment
cares less about others feelings, only his own
shows no respect for others opinions
flies off the handle when questioned

goes into others threads constantly saying things like

etc....

when people give opinions of players, Chado's replies are in the line of

I know you're entitled to your opinion, as I mine, and I don't want a pissing contest with you either....but I'd have to see where he's changed...

I reiterate, my argument has nothing to do with his drugs, but I did give my opinion, on the subjest as you can read......

I don't need to hear all about, reasons for people being addicts, how hard it is to get off an addiction, what kind ofstatus do you put em in when they kick it (hero, example, etc), none of us here are ignorant to drugs, and what they can do......we all read, have internet, televisions, etc.....

But to make some of the stupid ass statements he made, then recanted, when JOE/SPARK/PAPI stepped in (who ironicly appears to be the only person Chado will listen to), give you an idea of how quickly he flies off the handle....

ask Chado yourself, how many times, have I, and Wayne Chung tried to tell him....

My son has a Masters and a PHD in clinical counseling, and he works at 2 different places....

One is a Mental/Orginization for people families think their loved ones are drifting, and some patients sent over by the State, or DHS, and the other is a group home, for abused children, addicts, either active or straight, parents with sexual abuse tendencies....etc....

I think, seeing him almost every day, talking with him, watching programs (CD's) that he's recommended, I have a decent insight into drug addiction....

and not putting my whole businees on the streets, I have 6 sons as most of you know, and I have one that is 37, he's a totaly addicted drunk, and cocaine, and crack, and meth user....has been for about 9 years that we know of.....he lived with me up until 2 months ago....the things I saw and heard, re my own son, sent shivers up and down my spine....

Based on different orginizations trying to help, plenty of police involvement, the wrong way, he got his ass arrested, and his Bothers background on Addiction (Degrees), I think I have a good enough grasp to know what I'm talking about...

Then Cahdo, who's never wrong, tells me, and all, we don't know, cause we haven't been an addict.....until we walk in his hsoes, etc....Dr's like my son can't get into addicts heads, when he does it on a daily basis.....they can't help cause they're not addicts....

well, lkast time I went to the Dr, and he told me I had hi blood pressure, diabetes, prostate problems, and my ticker was acting up, I looked at him and asked,,,,

Dr do you have any of these sympthoms, and he replied no I don't Kaptain, that's when I flew off the handle, and told him he couldn't possible know what I'm going through cause he doesn't have these problems, and therefore hasn't walked in my shoes.....

It's not the subject of Drugs, it's Chados outlook on everything, and his presentaion, and lack of knowing how to talk to people....

PAPI says he's young....what is he 22....not 12....old enough to be able to drink, drive, vote, go to war, yet not old enough to act civily.....

and, one more thing......My son says his quitting one addcition, and then relying on anpother, re this Forum, is not a cure, it's passing the buck to something he thinks he can handle....and it's not good, cause when things go bad here, and he could possible be banned, he could rervert right back to the other addiction to replace this loss....he says it's a tough situatuion, and commends him for being able to change a habit he got into himself.....reasons unknoiwn, and according to my son, it's irelevant to us, he could better associate with the reasons, but not us.....it's up to how he handles the pressure when presented.....

Her also says, Chado for one thing, appears to have an anger management problem, doesn't think before he speaks, reads part of a post, flies off the handle, is trying to hard to belong, cause he needs this place in his own mind, and is teetering on the brink of fighting himself even more......

I've had him go through tons of Chados posts.....and if you think, one can't tell a lot about a person by their action/reaction in a forum, you're mistaken........

One more time, my argument is not with Chado about drugs, etc, it's about the other things I've listed......

I'm through with this subject, as it hurts me dearly to listen to the only fvkn person in the world to have and understand a drug addict.....give me a break.....also, my son says, he not only craves the attention, he directly needs it for self satisfaction......

He tends to believe Chado may have had a Parent that he could never please, or live up to his/her standards.....something was pushing him towards satisfying the Peer Pressure....

Sounds like a few I know who post here. Kapt, you and Wayne can think all you want about Chad. He's no saint. I'll give you that. But I've seen some gradual changes. If you can't, that's your problem and I guess his.

Just the fact that he's tried not to be on here as much is a change for the better in my opinion. So you two can continue to berate him and be frustrated by every printed word and watch as everyone joins in on the bash festival.

I chose to try and see some good things that he's brought. Has he pissed me off? Of course. Do I think he's a decent person? Yes I do. A little misguided. But deep down, a good person.

Your constant brow beating of Chuck wasn't the answer either. There was no doubt some guys who brought out the worst in him and you were no doubt on that list....Take it for what it's worth. Just as you say Chad is stubborn, so are all of you. I include myself in that group!

Great point! Tell the Dr. Son this....I'd rather see him on here typing away and mingling with us, than going back to a crack pipe.....If this is the worse thing he does in his life from here on out, then I'm ALL for it!
