Sorry Monte but i do indeed know how the legal system works and for you to sit here and tell people that you will be sued for others posting opinions of whats others like on a game, then your just blowing smoke up peoples butts. Bottomline it cant be done.
yeah like wayne root and his 5 dollar operation is going to have more success trying to get the courts to make people stop posting his opinions of whose gonna win a game, then the movie and music industry which cant stop people from stealing their real copyrighted material. I could see it now, the courts will stop with those type of cases so they could hear how words coming out of wayne roots mouth should be copyrighted and nobody should be able to repeat what he says.

Anyone here that is crying about "services" and the where abouts of the reports, STOP! There are too many excellent cappers on here daily to be bitching about damn services. I know it comes into being a factor for the fades and believe me those men will work something out to make that system work. For the rest of you, STOP BITCHING and contribute to the site!

Monte-you run a truly great site here and you and/or attorney know what is best for you.
I myself look at the really good cappers like Chuck, Wayne and so many more and also look at the picks of the paid cappers as well as contributing comps.
To tell you the truth, I think without the paid cappers here,many people including myself will actually do better, because as stated, most of the paid cappers aren't as consistent as the free guys who post here, and most importantly we know that the records of our guys are REAL unlike many of the paid cappers who will spin, lie and say just about anything to get someone top buy their picks.
We will survive and actually prosper without the daily paid picks, and as stated in my opinion they are a dying breed anyways especially as more and more people find out about this site and the great FREE cappers here.

Personally i wish i owned this site, so i could tell all these services where to go and would relish the chance to mess with them, because they would have no leg to stand on with any of their threats of legal action. This would be a slam dunk.

all i know is that if monte is doing this because of all the people coming in here during the hot service play times and lurking around tying up the site refreshing pages etc.i can see why he is doing this then.because since this has happened its amazing how many people are here and commenting on this subject that i have never see aroud this site or posting before.ive seen people saying they have been around the site for the past year or so and i look and they only have 2 or 5 or 20 posts under their belt,well where have you been all that time.so now you are here complaining and bitching about the thread being shut down and you never got involved with it anyway.maybe this will serve good as the people that want to be here and involved will hang around and the so called onlookers will now leave and go use some other site and do the same lurking and so forth as they did here.sorry if i hurt any feelings but i have read enough and i just had to say something.best of luck to all of you and i hope most hang in there with this site as i know ill be here.due to some great people ive met on here i just could not leave them behind.

12 of your 27 posts are regarding services too. With the almost all of rest having to do with the fades which are opposite plays of services.

Listen CD329, are you related to hi70098 or something? You have the chance everyday to go to the service section and tell each and every one of them exactly what you think. You never have, so don't talk shit now! You have 25 posts and as far as I know, you haven't contributed a damn thing to this site since you got here but pissing the head of BC off, which is hard to do (he's a great guy). So, if you could "don't really care about the services" as you stated, get out of the thread and do something on the forum you care about!
