By the way and this is addressed to everyone-NEVER and I mean NEVER send money to a lady in a foreign country you haven't met yet. I don't care how nice she sounds on phone or over the internet.
Virtually every dating service says to this(unless you like parting with your money!).

No russian female can come into the US without a Fiancee Visa. Meaning your brother would have to go visit her apply for a Fiancee Visa then she would be able to come to the USA for 90 days.

Let me clarify one thing regarding flights:
If your brother feels he knows the lady well enough for HIM to buy her a plane ticket some day, thats fine, but he should NEVER send her the money to buy it for herself for obvious reasons.
I don't know if I recounted this or not but several weeks there was a lady(28) with whom I chatted on Latinamericancupid who seemed nice for a while but then story became questionable- ome story about being transported to Nigeria from New york to be with her father who was an engineer; allegedly her father had signed a contract with a company to stay there for 16 years.;the only problem was that he is allegedly 69 now ,meaning he would be 85 when the "contract" expired. Need I say any more?
Anyways, I had suspicions even before I knew this, and finally wanting to confirm my suspicions. asked her if things went right with us would she come to the US to live with me if I bought her a plane ticket.
She then gave me this whole song and dance act that she would have to buy the ticket for herself claiming that is the only acceptable way permitted in Nigeria to purchase a plane ticket.
I told her I would check into it,and then she claimed that she would NEVER trust anyone who questioned her word.
I told her sayonara and then checked with various airlines and OF COURSE they said I could buy her a ticket, proving she was a LIAR.
The next day she was booted off Latinamericancupid because apparently she had tried the same bs with other guys and had been reported.
Believe me, I still believe Latinamericancupid is good in spite of a few experiences with me, and again sorry if I told this story earlier(I simply don't remember).
I think at the very least my experience shows at least for me why one should never send money to anyone in a foreign country.
ps I told my mother and a few others about this incident but in checking back on this thread I see no indication that I told this story here.

Is this possble? Some attractive lady who claims to live in Ct. and attend college(27 and not been looking if face is really hers;you can't see her body) says she is 6'1" and 93 lb. Is this possible?
I think personally she is from Africa and just using an address in USA to try to con money out of someone? She will probably give the usual line that she was just transported to Nigeria from Ct.

Its been quiet so far today. Some widowed lady (a little overweight, age 54 wrote to me with no photo posted:I politely told her to go back and read my profile and that she would see that I specified 30's and 40's but NOT 50's and that Brazil was too far away anyways.

I am not surprised but as in the story I related I can usually sift out the deceitful,sellf-serving bitches from the sincere ladies.

On the toursite there are a number of ladies whose addresses I can request not just from Colombia but from anywhere.
Anyways, there was this lady from Peru, 39, single, no kids and not bad looking;she claims to speak perfect English and own her own"Translation" Business.
I emailed her about a week with my photo, a little about me. etc. asking if she would like to correspond.
After about a week, I received an email stating she was not on computer and asked me to call her on her cell phone.
Well, I called her;the good part is that her English was pretty good.
Here is the bad part and it is bad:
The first thing she asked was how tall I was, an interesting question to say the least;I responded (5'8");she said she liked tall men.
The very next question is what kind of "class" I come from, lower, middle, etc.
I was totally shocked and should have hung up the phone.
Instead I played along with it and said I wasn't rich, but the fact that I retired while in my fifties should tell her something amd that I had enough money and more to do what I wanted to do.
I asked her why that was so important.
Here is the "best" part:
She responded that she could NEVER marry a poor person and that she had expensive tastes, Sounds great so far, right?
Again I felt like hanging up on her but played along with it.
Anyways. now that she was assured that I met her financial requirements, she asked "So when are you coming to Lima to meet me?"
Now keep in mind this is after only 5-10 minutes of talking with her.
I said in so many words that I want to talk to any lady on the phone, internet, etc for a while before I just jump on plane (I live in Mass.) to go meet someone.
She said that we couldn't get to know each other by the methods I stated and that coming to visit her was the only solution.
Anyways, this went back and forth for a few minutes, and then I just got mad and told her that maybe Donald Trump was the kind of guy she should try to meet and slammed the phone down.
Being a polite person by nature, I emailed her several minutes later and apologized but made it clear with capital letters that she was definitely not the kind of lady I was seeking.
That was the end of it.

That's one of the problems with foreign women as a lot of them are mainly interested in coming to the USA and not having to work. That's why those need to be weeded out from the beginning.

BC-You are correct;the lady I referred to was much worse than that as you can see.
I will give her credit for being honest up front though about what she really wants;at least she is an honest gold digger as opposed to someone who will say anything to please her guy in order to get a meal ticket to the US.
