You are in control. RJ. There represents much pride in your accomplishmeents on this site. Your triggers need a substitute, however. Your weight may be increasing, slightly. Reccommend Carrot sticks, etc. will help at this time keep your hands moving, when the trigger demons arise. Also I recommend flax seed oil unless you have high blood pressure. This will help with the dryness of skin, tongue, etc. Good Job

I'm WAY too young for high blood pressure, and i'm in very good shape. 6'1" 187 lbs. I work out, so I won't be gaining weight. It was weird though, after a meal I usually go and have a smoke, so now that I don't, I really don't feel full or contempt after a meal, and I feel like I should eat more.....but I don't. After about 5 minutes it usually goes away though.

RJ dude eat an orange after dinner or 'naner ... oranges were like so refreshing ...much better'n the smokes !! They're also good for the AIR SACKS in your LUNGS !!

Day #6 and walked 2 miles yesterday. I love coffee and had my 1st cup after Day #4 and was surprised NO real cravings. Will not drink alcohol for months now.

It's funny that all the things you associate with smoking!!:
after sex, meals, with coffee (for me 1st thing in the morning), talking on the phone, driving, work breaks, etc

RJ,,when the craving hits try drinking a big glass of ice cold water,,it helps flush your system. I was hypnotized once and never had an urge for 8 months till a guy walked in the bar and started packing a pack of Marlboro's on the bar and all of a sudden i could eat the whole damn pack. Hypnotisim worked for 8 months and then it all went to hell again. I have 3 more packs in this last carton i bought and your thread has inspired me to go home after work and throw them away and quit myself.Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
