I have to say, my wife took me their for my birthday. Check was $375 for the two of us and I thought it was well worth it. She is in the F&B industry (was Manager of the Bristol Lounge in Boston for 2 years, now is the GM of a private dining facility in Boston) and she thought it was the best dining experience she ever had. It is worth going to once, if you can afford it...do you agree?

I won't deny that there are old people there but, here is a stat for you...the Inn had 40 local investors...paid $20m (avg of $500k per investor), average age was 47! I know I won't be able to afford that kind of change at 47!
I've been there quite a bit either taking an order or delivering special wine orders and such. It never was one of my favorite places but i honestly havn't been there probably since last summer. The people out there are filthy rich though, no doubt!

Thanks Spark. Good advice. If I could just stay in your basement with Meg, I'd tell my brother and Dad that they're on their own.

I don't think I"ve ever had a better steak than one served at Ruth's Chris. Last one I went to was in Houston. And I'm not a 'chain' type guy either.

We went once and i didn't have a Blazer on. They provided one that i had to wear.

Honestly, the service and all was great but no way was it worth the $300+ bucks imo. I get just as much enjoyment going to other places for $60-$70. I guess if you want to feel rich and important, it's a good place to hang but their price are over the top.

I certainly understand that and agree...we went twice in three years and once was XMas eve as we wanted to bring my Mom there.
