i know a lady who blew .10 which in ny the limit is .08. so barly above the legal limit. she got a good attorney. and listen to this offer. $5k donation to the town. and they dropped the charge down to non moving violation. she took the deal. cause if she didnt, she'd be facing DWI fines, higher insurance, and if you get snagged again you loose your license manditory here in ny. it was alot to pay but it made it go away. see money talks!!!2013 NCAA POD Record

That's pretty sad....But this guy claimed it was a DUI, unless they change it in the court.
I'm sorry, I can't condone driving under the influence of any kind. And honestly, I have driven twice after drinking. Not too smart. I know that sounds holy as shit, but to me, it's wrong. Maybe it's because I've been on numerous calls where a family was wiped out by a drunk driver and he came out unscathed.

shit before my friends started becoming cops, i use to plead all my speeding tickets down to non moving violations. Shit the last one i got a few years ago i was going 18miles over speed limit. Got it pled down to talking on a cell phone charge. $100 fine $75 surcharge. NO points on license no record of speeding on my driving record. I could have simply paid the speeding fine $100 and $25 surcharge. but why cause thats 4pts on my record a speeding conviction and my insurance would go up.2013 NCAA POD Record

I feel like i have no control to be honest but if i smoked? No problem. How many times have you heard of a family killed in a car crash because the other driver smoked a joint compared to was drunk? It is amazing. I heard someone say they could balance the national budget and get out of the red for the 1st time in less than 10 years by legalizing and taxing it. Are you really stopping anybody now anyway?
