shit before my friends started becoming cops, i use to plead all my speeding tickets down to non moving violations. Shit the last one i got a few years ago i was going 18miles over speed limit. Got it pled down to talking on a cell phone charge. $100 fine $75 surcharge. NO points on license no record of speeding on my driving record. I could have simply paid the speeding fine $100 and $25 surcharge. but why cause thats 4pts on my record a speeding conviction and my insurance would go up.

thats what i do, i get fines. i got all kinds of them. parking on pavement,operating cell phone,illegally parked, its funny. but i have ZERO speeding tickets. and i never got a attorney. Dimer represents himself in court!!!!

On this Wayne, I agree with you 100%. I could go on as well. Alcohol is far more damaging. Although smoking is considered dangerous to your own health....Law enforcement could have a lot more free time on their hands to stop REAL criminals, if they legalize it. Their are a lot of benefits to legalizing it. But it will never happen....

True story. My buddy drinks a 6-Pack and i won't go anywhere with him. Too cocky, happy and wanting to have fun. He speeds and simply doesn't pay attention. He smokes a joint ... no problem. Hands are 10 & 2 on the wheel and we are doing 25 in a 45 mph zone. Just like driving with grandma. It's great!

It would be funny as hell tho. Go to a high level business meeting, and a bunch of Dudes in suits, talking business and passing around a joint instead of having cocktails.....

It's the world we live in. Why is a 17 year old high school football star in prison for 20 years for having sex with his 16 year old girlfriend when the girl and both families are behind the boy? Makes NO SENSE and while he is in jail, rapists, molesters and murders are free after limited time in jail. Fucked up my friend!

i no of someone that this happend to. kid at the tavern i work at. he was 18 his girlfriend was 16. her parents found out they were having sex. mind you she is a sophmore he was a senior in high school. her parents pressed rape charges on him. he is/was a really good kid, no criminal back ground at all.
B student was planning on going to college. well it got pled down and he ended up serving 6months in jail, didnt get to graduate with his class, missed out on going to college and now for the next 5yrs has to regester as a sex offender. Totally uncalled for. basically the kids life was ruined because he was being a teen aged kid and having sex with someone only 2yrs younger than he was that was his girlfriend. this girls parents ruined this kids life. i hope they are happy.

I'm in sales and i've been in delivery and i've met a ton of business owners in suits and everything and people simply would not believe how many of them smoke. The last person you would ever think of ... does it. It is the most casual harmless drug going (imo) and that includes alcohol. Not many people smoke and beat people up or shit like that. Most are (for obvious reasons) just the opposite. They sit back very calmly harmlessly enjoying whatever there is to enjoy around them. I've never once met a smoker that gets angry or something when smoking. Drinking ... is a different story.

Same thing, he has to register as a sex offender when/if he ever gets out and he isn't allowed to be near his younger sister and brother (which is the worst part). Sad very fucken sad and stupid. He can't be near his brother & sister??? I was so angry watching that on Sportscenter one night, i couldn't even believe it.

i'm not exactly positive if the kid i know was charged with rape, it might have been sexaul assult on a minor. but still he did time in the klink and his life is basically ruined. it was in the local papers here and GL finding a job with no college degree and saying you've been convicted of a felony.....then it be sexual assult or whatever. its just not right

I agree, but the guy himself said he got a DUI. When you blow and receive DUI, that's basically a conviction. How many do you believe have not been convicted after getting one? I would imagine 100% are convicted when they blow past the legal limit....If the guy was driving impaired, it is wrong. No matter what. No one should try and sugar coat that.
