Yes, the public course opens tomorrow, my course is covered by a river right now Probably will be for at least another week or so. I don't think its suppose to crest til Saturday. then a month of temporary tee boxes, ground under repair, etc.

It's suppose to be 41 and 10-15 mph winds tomorrow, perfect conditions.
