That's not what you said in your post, you basically excused anyone who does something wrong when they're under the influence.

Never once said excuse in full detail clearly wrote that 'dont get me wrong what he and others do under the influence is still wrong and should suffer consequences however it has to be looked in a different light without intent....

2nd degree murder still has some type of intent behind it just means its not fully premediated.....like if someone beats the shit out of someone and they die....knowing they could potentially die....
