Xavier Henry, Nolan Dennis, Will Coleman, and Darnell Dodson signed letters of intent during the early signing period.

DeMarcus Cousins is verbally committed, but hasn't signed a letter of intent.

John Wall hasn't even committed yet, but he said a number of times that Memphis was "leading".

KB, you're right about Reynolds and James. wish they'd have been playing in crimson and cream the other day. What a douchebag Sampson turned out to be.

What has always killed me is why sign a contract. The institutions get the short end of the stick. All contracts should be on a year to year basis. The coach can walk away anytime for a better offer with no penalty. The new school may pay something to get him out of the contract but it is generally not coming out of the coache's pocket. But if the institution like Kentucky wants to fire Gillespie they have to pay the remainder of the contract. The school gets screwed coming and going. If they fire a bad coach early they have to pay off the contract. If the coach is successful he can walk away anytime leaving the school holding the bag.

I feel your pain bro, it sucks and unfortunately its the way the game is played. Hopefully you will find a good coach and he can keep building on what Calipari started. BOL
