Does anyone know for certain, " How is the subscribing person billed on a Direct TV system ?

I have a box hooked up from a friend (obviously no phone lines). I caught all the
NFL game because he had paid for it. First question, Next season, do I have to
take the box back to his house and get it charged up ? OR Will it just come on
when he pays for it ?

Second question, I can order the Pay Per Views from my house presently. How
or will he get billed for it ? and If so, how does it happen or not happen ?

How can you order the pay per view movies unless you have the phone line hooked up? And how did you get the NFL games? Did you copy his card or ?

Rumor has it that there are hacked p4-d1 cards out there.....last I saw is it is a wide open 3m that gets ppv's, nfl, locals, everything.security on there new card is far more advanced that what they had on the p1-p3 cards (F card, H card, and hu card) From what I hear there may be a public release of the hack in the next few weeks....alto the public release will not get the ppv's

My opnion on the issue....pay for the nfl package at the begining of the season....if were able to bet 100-1000 on one game whats the big deal if we pay 300 for the nfl ticket.

My friend subscribed to Direct TV. He told them 4 boxes was needed. The guy came over and installed it. I went over and he gave me one of the boxes. Since I am set up with the the satellite hardware, I just plugged it in and it works. I know the PPV works because my wife accidently ordered a movie and she did not know I no longer had the free access.
(Women ???) So that is why I asked "How is Direct TV able to know how to bill ?"

No P4 hack. Check out the free to air receivers(Coolsat Pro). These are still up and running. Although these do not get DTV they get Dish and many other sats.
Price is around $180.00. Programming free with NO loader needed.

lets say you sign up for direct tv.. order all the sports packages and movie channels(no ppv)... i think its comes to about 300 per month...
if you have a programer.. you can split the cost between 10 friends or more... \
just clone the cards... but everyone has to make sure they DONT plug in the phone cable

They finally found a way around the security on the P4/P5 cards

I have been in contact with this company for about a year. They have something that just came out, called the "Premier Board". It lets you test all channels on Direct TV. It says you need to have a basic package from DTV for it to work.

If you order the PPV's the card will fill up. They noted that they are working on a wipe to clear the PPV's. That's why it's also a good idea to buy their support package. They will keep you up to date on everything. I'm not sure if this is like the "bootstrap" that I used before, or if this board has to be soldered. I'll post the link below for you to check out for yourself. When ordering (if it's like it was a year ago), you will have to jump through some hoops, but that's to keep you from getting busted for buying these products.

I'm in a new town house now, and no satellites are allowed. Direct TV told me a long time ago that they would send me a tripod for free, and I could aim it out the window from inside the apartment. I'll have to check into that again, so I can get my DTV back!!! Hope this helps everyone!!! GL!!!

I'd proceed with extreme caution. Never use a credit card to purchase hacking equipment. That's how Directv filed 1000s of law suits against pirates.

If you have a buddy that signs up to the ticket you can just take one of his recievers to your house and it will work
