I'm no expert on this, but I don't think so. I believe you need a dish that moves as with free to air the dish picks up Chanel's from several different satellites. The bigger dishes are better anyway as the reception will be better and less chance of the dish getting out of whack regarding weather problems.

This is not true as far as I know.....you need a FTA rec. for Dish Network.
