Every piece of Casey's clothing and shoes were examined. No traces were found.

7 or 8 cops were in the house and in the garage on July 18. Not one deputy smelled "the smell of death" from the car. Cindy said it on the phone when the cops were called. How come it wasn't detected by the cops on the scene? Another example of the state fitting a square peg in a round hole.

As far as closing arguments I'm saying Ashton convinced us but thats what blows my mind. Every lawyer on TV said he hit it out of the park on his closing argument. The lawyers saw it,the media saw it,the world saw it hell I saw a poll that 86% of america thought she was guilty but yet 12 fucking people didn't see it like that. I can't fucking explain it

One strand of hair with conflicting testimony on that strand of hair. There was conflicting testimony within the FBI. The state called some experts while the defense called others. REASONABLE DOUBT.




It was a high profile case. The state wanted murder 1 and the death penalty. The defense had no choice but to bring it to trial.



Like much of the evidence it contained no fingerprints, DNA etc. NO PROOF!




Why did George lie about the duct tape twice? White bag? Kronk said the skull was in the bag and it fell out. Then he said the skull wasn't in the bag. When he called 911 in August he said he saw a skull. How can he see the skull if it's in the bag? MORE REASONABLE DOUBT!

Chloroform? No chloroform, traces of chloroform or materials to make chloroform were found in the house. The state was reaching with the chloroform theory. I'm an IT professional. the computer searches hurt the states case. The computer expert from Canada fabricated the evidence. There wasn't 84 searches for how to make chloroform. Chloroform isn't easy to make. It's also very dangerous to make. I don't believe Casey chloroformed her daughter to death. Casey was only on the "How to Make Chloroform" page for seconds before returning to MySpace.

I don't believe Casey murdered her daughter. I believe it was an accidental death in one fashion or another. This is Florida. I believe Caylee might have died from being left in the car. She died from hyperthermia and Casey covered up the accidental death. Parents get charged and go to jail for that crime including very attentive parents that simply made a mistake.

Did George assist in the coverup? I don't know but due to his shady testimony the possibility exists.

If anything happened to any of my boys I would probably not want to live myself and be distraught....this bitch felt free of her obligations once caylee was dead and for that alone she deserves to be in jail...if you want to get technical about the evidence youre as blind as all those jurors

My 7 year old(was 5 at the time) went to the neighbors house without telling me. I called for him and he never answerd. After about 3 minutes my heart was pounding out of my chest and I was banging on the neighbors door about 10 seconds from calling 911. He walked out and I was a basket case. I will never forget that feeling and I promise my son wont either. He tells me everytime he leaves the yard now. That wasnt even 5 minutes and this bitch did it for 31 days.

I would go to the ends of the worlds for my daughters. Casey didn't. That does not make Casey a murderer. It makes Casey psychotic. It makes Casey a schizophrenic.

You say blind. I say impartial. I wasn't influenced by the 3 year witch hunt because I didn't pay attention to the case until the trial started.
