the defense has no burden to explain what happened. That's what so many, including you forget. The entire burden is on the state. The state obviously didn't meet that burden. Listen to the link I posted with the entire interview with the alternate juror.

I said almost from day 1 of the trail the state didn't meet their burden. So much of their testimony could be explained.
