As shocked as I am here is something that amazes me. Millions and millions of people have watched this case thru the media for 7 weeks and we ALL saw it one sided. Yet 12 people see it without any media coverage at all and all fucking 12 see it the complete opposite. Either we get brainwashed by the media and don't even know it or they need to start letting the jurors watch fucking TV during the trial cause no way could they find her innocent if they were on my couch with my TV and reading my newspapers everyday

Duct tape! Why did George lie about duct tape, TWICE? He lied about the duct tape on the gas can. He lied about the duct tape at the command center.
Only Casey had access to the clothes? Three other adults lived in the house. George, Cindy and Lee. Cindy testified it the clothes weren't regular clothes that Caylee wore.
The interviewed juror felt George had something to do with the cover-up. That in itself is reasonable doubt.
Joe, how much of this case did you follow prior to the trial? I rarely paid attention. During the trial I wasn't biased by 3 years of media coverage. For 6 weeks I told family, friends etc. I'm not pro Casey Anthony. I'm anti-prosecution. IMO the state didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
No offense was taken by the "feeling ok" comment. I actually and literally LOLed.

I always felt what was going to convict her was those 31 days. Normal people don't act that way. However, she's not normal. She obviously has mental issues. But that doesn't make one a MURDERER. The state never proved she was thus the NOT GUILTY verdict for Murder 1. I truly believe it was the right verdict.
That being said I did believe she was guilty of manslaughter.

People get brainwashed by the media. People believe what the media reports as facts. Nancy Grace cuts off any guest if they differ from her opinion. There wasn't fair and balance reporting.

Been following it for 3 years ... Frank, How could they prove it beyond a reasonable doubt?? Honestly, what more is there to prove?? finger prints maybe ... DNA??? How about a video recording of it??? Damn, it is so cut and dry to me ...
Like Nancy just said, the devil is dancing tonight ...

You probably made up your mind before the trial started.
The state didn't prove anything other than Casey partied and didn't report the death for 31 days. IMO the autopsy was botched. When you have no cause of death for a high profile case you go to every extreme. You perform every exam imaginable. Dr G didn't want to do it because of the media pressure to blame and convict Casey.
Cause of death murder by duct tape? Kronk admitted he moved the skull. He first admitted the skull fell out of a bag. He then changed his testimony. MORE REASONABLE DOUBT.
The state should never have asked for the death penalty. Jeff Ashton is a great attorney but his immature actions in the courtroom was a turnoff. He acted like a petulant child.

My thoughts regading this case ...
Hair with death band in the trunk of her car.
Cindy testified the shirt Caylee was found in was one she has not seen in about a year. (She did all the laundry in the Anthony house). Caylee was photographed with that shirt on twice; a month or so before her death in that shirt at Richardo Moralas house. So obviously Casey kept that shirt with her in Caylees backpack for her overnights there.
Duct tape/white bag she was found in were from Anthony house. Only 4 people has access to that. (Cindy/Lee/Casey/George)..there is no way Cindy or George or Lee had anything to do with killing her.
If it really was an accident there is no way Casey would have spent 3 years in jail and gone to trial on a chance of getting a death penalty conviction.
According to testimony Casey told Cindy and George she would not be home the night of the 16th. Caylee did not spend the night at Tony’s house ever with Caylee for whatever reason. She knew that morning she would not have Caylee with her.
She backed her car at the Amscott and left it there by the dumpster because it was supposedly out of gas. Who backs their car in when it is out of gas?? And why would you just abandon your car like that??? (Unless you could not live with the smell anymore)..She text Amy an hour or so before she abandoned her car that she thought she had hit a dead animal.
Why did she borrow a shovel from her neighbor??
31 DAYS?!?!?!? (and it would have been much much longer if her mother had not hunted her down and called the cops)
There is much more but these are just some of the puzzle pieces. The state thought they had selected people on a jury who would be able to put it all together. They proved their case beyond a REASONABLE doubt. There is no other reasonable explanation. (Unreasonable explanations..sure..like the drowning.) It is unreasonable to think your child drowns or has some other horrific accident and you instead of calling 911..wrap her up in 2 trash bags/duct tape her..put her in a laundry bag and Dump her is a swap.
There were more then 100 pieces of evidence. There is no way they could have truly given this case all the thought and logic it needed in 5 hours. They were sequestered for 2 months and took the easy verdict out.

I have been following this like Wayne has and I tell you boys I almost felt connected to the case. It sounds girlish but I cant shake it. I just keep thinking to myself that I cant fucking believe it. I don't know anyone in the family or anyone even associated with the case but I feel like I got kicked in the fucking balls today. Am I the only one?

Chloroform? No chloroform, traces of chloroform or materials to make chloroform were found in the house. The state was reaching with the chloroform theory. I'm an IT professional. the computer searches hurt the states case. The computer expert from Canada fabricated the evidence. There wasn't 84 searches for how to make chloroform. Chloroform isn't easy to make. It's also very dangerous to make. I don't believe Casey chloroformed her daughter to death. Casey was only on the "How to Make Chloroform" page for seconds before returning to MySpace.
I don't believe Casey murdered her daughter. I believe it was an accidental death in one fashion or another. This is Florida. I believe Caylee might have died from being left in the car. She died from hyperthermia and Casey covered up the accidental death. Parents get charged and go to jail for that crime including very attentive parents that simply made a mistake.
Did George assist in the coverup? I don't know but due to his shady testimony the possibility exists.
