I did. Perhaps unlike your friend, you can explain something, in this case the similarities if there are any.
Go back and re-read some of my other posts and the thought put in to making them.
Then go back and read your buddy's responses to some of the things (if you can call them that).

It isn't rape or murder, it says as long as you fucken live there, you go by the rules. I also told you that 2 others tried fighting them over a shitbag cat too and they lost, and moved out. Monte, It is a private association with their OWN rules. What don't you get about that?

You obviously have not read all of the posts why I believe and feel very confident I would have won based on what I and my attorney would have presented had the Associatiom chosen to pursue this rather than jusy chickn out and walk away.
If reading all the give and take here is too much work(which I am sure it would be), simply go back and read post 149.
Based simply on that I believe if this case had ever gone to court, I would have had an excellent chance of winning(that is not being fined and allowed to keep the cat).

As stated before, you simply pick out the points which you think and simply ignore those made by others for which you have no DIRECT answers.
I would love to debate you sometime on an issue which was FAIRLY judged by neutral folks and on which we disagreed and see who would win based on the most RELEVANT and FACTUAL statements which pertained to that issue.
What happened at YOUR condo with folks who had i.ndoor cats has ZERO relevance to the particular situation and circumstances faced by me!
