I am not surprised, and I am sure many others would also because to do otherwise would be considered and act of treason.

If i hadn't rented or owned condos for my whole adult life and dealt with these associations and situations, i would not be on page 12 with you now "Trying" to get you to "Understand" things. I've stated your problems 1000 times savage and there is no way around it. Plain & simple.

For the zillionth time your experience in your condominium has NOTHING to so with mine.
You can talk until you are blue in the face about your 40 posts, most of which pertains to your condominium.
Other than generalizing about why I would have lost if the case if it went to court AFTER the hearing, you have not stated why the most siginifcant points made stated in post 149 wouldn't carry some weight with the jury.
A lot of above and what Monte stated about the Statue of Limitations would have plenty of effect in the manner, and the signed contract thing would lose a lot of its clout(especially the lady who bought her way in meaning, the Association was making exceptions and VIOLATING ITS OWN BYLAWS of no pets-my God-you treat that like it is no big deal-wake up and smell the coffee!!!
