We just got through the whole Spyware Doctor and it said we had 158 issues, some of which were upper level. It went through a bunch of familiar things like Trojan and such and says it removed them all. The screen is still blue with the same message but i'm restrarting the computer right now ............
After restarting, the same blue screen came up with the same message saying "Warning: A Spyware threat has been detected and the same page is there. It seems to have cleaned the computer up pretty well ... except for that same issue/page/2008 PC Spyware add.
Anything else after that possibly???

That is what we used to do and it always worked. It wouldn't accept a system restore this time. We tried 3 different times.

OK ... It seems to be gone. We have done a couple of scans at SpyDoctor. We did the inteliguard scan? ... too. It found 3 more trojan viruses. Now we are doing the full scan again but it seems to be finding nothing new and that damn blue screen and page seem to be gone. The computer seems to be running slower right now though. Not sure why.
Does that SpyDoctor work like Norton? Does it look for and block incoming crap? I ask this because if it does, should i delete Norton or leave them both on there? I wasn't sure if maybe that was why my computer was running slower. Thanks a ton guys. Progress seems to be made.

I have no idea kb. lol
I'm not good with the internal parts of a computer. Is that memory? lol
The wife is on vacation too and she has been working on it all day.
