I love the fact that the Giants are getting no respect here...love it! I hope everyone keeps picking the Cowpokes and Eagles to win the Division....should be an interesting football season!

Right away we can rule out The Colts due to the ongoing Dungy Factor ... the inability to think clearly in important games. Peyton can not play QB AND Coach the team at the same time ... it's just too much for one man, and his playoff performance has suffered because of it.

Miami / Carolina Superbowl ... Miami is a freaking crazy pick what with 2 "Quarterbacks " who lack courage and smarts ... but I feel Coach Saban is the best in the business.

Carolina are Champs in 2007 ... Panthers should have faced Pittsburgh in LX but ran out of gas in Seattle after a rough stretch of road games. If they can snatch home field advantage this season they'll be good to go.

For all of you Philly bashers...

Throw out last year due to injuries and TO.

They got to the Bowl WITHOUT TO 2 years ago.
They greatly improved their D line.

Dallas - Bledsoe will never be a winner. TO will somehow ruin that team before the season ends.

Skins - A lot of new faces at the WR position. Brunell??

Giants - Tiki had a monster year last year and I do not see him duplicating that this year. That means that Eli will have to win game, we shall see if he can. As far as the D, they are more athletic than last year but I will give it the 2nd series that Lavar will be out of position.

They are a better team now than they were then. McNabb is better. The O-Line is very strong now. They now have a good pass rush and 1 of the best secondaries in all of football.

it would be nice to be able to throw out last year....but you can't....It happened....All teams have injuries....period....Some teams still win (Pats) others did not (eagles)....I am not a Pats fan.....Tiki will not have to duplicate last year.....Eli will pick up a little more slack and ease the pressure off tiki....But people have said that about him for about 5 years now....too small....will wear down...but if you look he gets stronger as it gets to november and december.....

I just do not see how you can win in the NFC east with no featured back and no vertical passing game (pinkston is coming off achilles surgery and he is your go-to guy), brown is real real raw....good te's....

I think the Giants have shored up their secondary which was their weak spot and the LB corps was decimated last year and they had a guy start the playoffs who was watching from his couch only 3 weeks prior and all backups playing.....But you probably will not let me throw that out or not count it.....Nor would i want to....It happened and we got blown out by the panthers.....All i am saying is the Giants deserve more respect than has been given to them on this forum

Where are they better??? not at wideout.....what about at Rb?

those are 2 large pieces to the puzzle.....

TWo Ton, NO team has won a super Bowl when they lose there Starting QB(McNabb), RB(Westbrook), WR(Owens,Pinkston) OT(Tra Thomas)OG (Artis Hicks), DE(McDougle)CB(Shepard) not to mention the numerous amoun of back-ups that were hurt. They had 17 guys on the IR. Winning teams do not forget how to win. The Eagles will be healthy this year and compete for a spot in the Super Bowl.
