Frank that is true. If you have money and want to be a Nascar driver you can. Yes, you would need to be rich and you would need to qualify but it's not like you need to get drafted by someone to get into Nascar. Money, Money, Money is what it would take!

i believe you definately have to be in good physical shape to drive a car at 230 mph for 4 hours straight. It must be tough on your legs, arms, back, everything. IMO, they're athletes, just not the same kind as Football players or baseball players.

Ever try and tell a high school cheerleader that cheerleading is NOT a sport and they're not athletes? Good Luck!!! Just ask BHS!!!!

NASCAR is 100% not a sport. Its an activity. And i know, i know guys are gonna come on here and say you try driving a car 200mph round and round for hours on end and you'll see its a sport. Most people would pass out while driving @ over 150mph. Bottom line is your not doing anything active besides using your foot and moving your hands. your ass is strapped to a seat the car does all the work. I dont see the driver changing his clothes while his tires are getting changed now do i???? Also I ask you this, if Nascar is a sport then why the fuck is the biggest race of the year (necktona 500) the opening race??? Someone please explain this to me. Last time i check they dont play the Superbowl in Sept. or the Final four in Nov. The NCAA bowl games arent in august. And the world series isnt played in April.

They work alot harder than a goaltender in soccer who stands there for 90 minutes and makes 3 saves! lmao

Money and if the France family is on your side. I equate the France family to the McMahon family. The NASCAR officials turn a blind eye for infractions for some drivers/teams while penalizing others for the same infractions.

NASCAR racing is fixed. It's the only sport that has different rules for different cars. They aren't driving Chevies, Fords or Dodges. Can anyone imagine a baseball game where one team gets 4 out because they are inferior. That's what NASCAR does.

Try telling Dale Jr. that! The most popular driver in Nascar by a WIDE margin and they penalized him quick as shit last year and they said rules were rules! hahaha
