Vin Scully - you're so right ! Ranks right up there with the all time best. Long ago when the world was young I listened to him as a Brooklyn Dodger ... I believe Jerry Doggett and Al Helfer were his sidekicks. Those were the great old days. He's always a pleasure to listen to.

Waldman sings the National Anthem once in a while ... great set of .... pipes.

I'm not against females in sports reporting by any means ... Hannah Storm and Leandra Reilly do quite a nice job.

The greatest Hockey announcer of all time ... The late Danny Galivan of the Montreal Canadiens ... on radio broadcasts he painted portraits ... and his cadence was always perfect. Foster Hewitt of The Toronto Leafs was another dandy.

I messed up this morning by missing the Cleveland game, then saw Mesa blow that game for us. I'm allowed to HATE Mesa because I'm a long time Cleveland Fan and I saw him single handedly blow our last and probably only chance in this lifetime to see a Cleveland World Series title in 1997. From that day on, he has been a piece of shit to me and probably EVERY Cleveland Fan in the world!
