Joe Gibbs winning the Super Bowl 3 times with 3 different QBs and 3 different RBs.

Being a stereo-typical Canehdian I'll cover some of the hockey ones i think will be untouched.

-Lemieux's 5 goals in one game... A PP goal, SH goal, Even Strength goal, penalty shot goal and an empty netter in one game
-Darryl Sittlers 10 points in one game
-Joe Malone's 7 goal game in the 20's
-The Canadiens 16 goal game in the 20's
-Teemu Selannes 76 goals by a rookie
-Gordie Howe's 26 years as a Pro hockey player spanning 4 decades, on the same team no less (Redwings 1946-1971)
-Wayne Gretzky's record of 61 records held or shared
-Bill Moisienkos (sp?) 21 second hat trick
      -Flyers 35 game undefeated streak

Theres some more obvious ones with Gretzky and Orr (defensemen records) but I'll leave it at that.

Speaking of achievements in hockey, how about the greatest negative "achievement" of having an entire season cancelled because of stubbornness and greed on both sides, the first time it has happened in any profesional sport.
