Fixer Wins 2* ATLANTA over Cleveland
Atlanta is playing their first home game of the season after 3 blowout losses on the road. In those games, Atlanta has shot a poor percentage of 39.1%, but they have put up plenty of shots as they have averaged 85 shots per game. 85 shots is indicative of an up-tempo team, and Cleveland is just 0-7 ATS on the road last 2 seasons versus teams that are averaging 83 or more shots per game. Atlanta is 10-3 ATS at home and 16-4 SU overall in this series, and we like their chances of bouncing back from those losses with a solid home performance tonight.

2* MEMPHIS over Houston
Memphis has been dominant on the offensive glass as they are averaging 16 offensive boards per game through their first three. Houston, meanwhile, has been getting killed on the boards as they are being outrebounded by 4 offensive boards per game overall, and were outrebounded by 7 on the offensive glass in their lone home game. Memphis has also been forcing a high number of turnovers which also plays in their favor tonight. Houston is just 6-23 ATS on a 2 or more game SU & ATS win streak, 4-14 ATS on a 2 game exact SU & ATS win streak. Memphis gets the nod!

2* SACRAMENTO over Toronto
Sacramento comes in a disappointing 0-3 allowing 104 pts per game. That said, they should turn things around today as they have a huge rebounding advantage over Toronto and are the better team despite the disparity in records. Kings are 8-1 ATS vs Raptors, 9-0-1 ATS after away vs Rockets, and favorites that are off 3 or more SU/ATS losses are usually good plays to rebound. We’ll call for Sacramento to get into the win column tonight.

Toledo at Northern Illinois

Northern Illinois minus 6 1/2 over Toledo - Bronze 3*

Tonight's ESPN2 televised matchup between Toledo and Northern Illinois is essentially for all the marbles in the Mid-American Conference Western Division.

And in recent years, Toledo has clearly had Northern Illinois' number, winning 10 straight in the series, with the Huskies' last victory coming way back in 1989.

Although it has won --- straight games, Toledo's defensive front seven is young and susceptible. The Rockets, who were hammered in their opening two games against BCS-conference members Minnesota and Kansas,ranked104th in the nation in total defense, allowing an average of 437 yards per game.

While Toledo has dominated NI in recent years, the Huskies do have some numbers in their corner. Northern Illinois has won 11 straight at home and is 14-6 ATS as a home favorite since 1999, while Toledo is only 5-11 as an away dog the past seven seasons.

Also, Toledo lost its three games against teams with winning records (Minnesota, Kansas and Miami (Ohio)) by an average of 33 points.

Northern Illinois' two losses were by three points at Maryland and seven at Iowa State.
