I wish everybody would post a record here and an honest one with no bullshit. That would be great but most don't. At least he gives a reason for his play and makes sure people are NOT following blindly. You can either be sold by his reasoning or disagree with it. His record shouldn't even matter at that point when a reason is given.

Think about that-you are saying that even if his reasoning has been cold and not working, that it is ok to post start an new thread and tell people to bet in this case Cleveland?.
Obviously you feel it is important to post your record, as you always do so.

I think Savage should hit the motivational speaker circuit. I went back and checked, of his 13,022 posts, 13,021 of them were congratulatory or positive in nature.

Sandy has been solid, especially in baseball.

There are several cappers that have had bad streaks, and are much more boisterous with their plays...GOY....Lock of Year, etc. Silence from Savage. Not sure what your problem with Sandman is, but it seems to be selective and unjust.

Let it go? Perhaps it is the other folks who keep maintaining that I had no right to post what I did should let it go.
Time out for expressing an opinion? I would like to think that folks can have a lively/spirited discussion about something without someone getting kicked off for saying something which doesn't follow the party line.
ps Go back and objectively read the posts today and see who tried to keep the conversation civil and who resorted to insults and name calling-lets look at the total picture here.

Thanks everyone for understanding who the real problem is here and for posting what I would have said if someone else was being slandered by someone who, in my opinion, has not earned the right nor shown the ability to tell everyone what plays will lose before the game starts. In other words, you guys prove once again, why I have stayed here all these years.

When I was posting plays almost daily, mainly bases, I always included my record, both won/lost and units won/lost. I have not posted my record recently because I am not trying to show how good or bad my plays are and more likely because my posts have been few and far between and I don't remember nor keep track of how they have done. My guess is that the last 15 picks I posted would have covered different sports and occurred over months, not weeks. I would be shocked to see my last 15 picks went 1-14.

Savage. Since you have reviewed all my plays and how each one did, you have my permission, no make that my request, to post here my last 15 plays with the date I posted the pick. I don't even think I posted that many picks during the past year. Also, it's refreshing to know those who posted in this thread, have shown they are smart enough to understand how I post my plays. They know to read my reasoning and then decide if they agree or not. The day I post my pick is a lock, is the day savage can warn everyone, but until that day comes, savage, do everyone a favor and just keep your thoughts to yourself.

FWIW, back in April, I posted that San Diego has a good chance to win their division at 30-1 odds and even after the first couple of weeks, I said it's still a good future play at then 12-1. It lost, but it came down to the final game of the season. The year before, I posted that I made a future play on Ron Howard to lead the majors in Home Runs at 40-1. I said the odds were that high because he only had 22 Home Runs the year before. But that was still a good clue, because he was not called up until July so basically his Home Runs would have projected to over 44 for a full season. And they did and I did win that nice future that paid 5 figures.

I don't know if most everyone here knows some off shores do accept future bets up to the All Star game and some even later, at adjusted odds of course. I do want everyone to know that I was not very happen seeing what savage wrote about me but when I read other comments in this thread, I felt much better. Thanks for speaking up. And not to forget, savage, since you have this information, I'll be looking forward to seeing my last 15 picks, when they were made and the result.

There lies the difference. You don't post any plays.

And before you ask me if you are obligated to post plays. No you are not. Just like Sandman doesn't have to post his record.

Wayne understands exactly what it means when I post a play I consider a special situation, yet you still have a problem understanding what I'm doing. Otherwise why would you say......

It's hard to think anyone betting would not understand why I give reasons for my plays and what to do when reading these reasons. If I was following someones plays, I would want to know why they like the play more than what their past record is. Knowing records helps but almost everyone who posts plays here are right from 40 to 60% of the time. That means, at best, someone who follows the better players will still lose 4 out of 10 plays. Knowing the reason for someones plays helps to decide if it's one of the 6 winners or one of the 4 losers.

FWIW savage, here are my plays for the past four days, starting with my Cleveland play, which we all know lost. You can decide how bad my plays are. And Ham, as you can see I also played Cleveland with you tonight, although I only put them in the parley that lost. I honestly do not think 14 of my past 15 special situation plays where I post my reasons for the play were losers. We should know in a day or two after savage posts my plays.

Everyone has hot or cold streaks. Good players have cold streaks and not so good players have hot streaks. I once won 19 plays in a row and I once lost 16 plays in a row.
