The distractions can't be a good thing for the Buckeyes. They just can't be. Ohio St isn't in the class of a Oregon, Auburn or even Stanford for that matter. Pryor can be very up & down and they do not have an offense that scares me at all to be honest. They won the games they had to and did it convincingly many times, but they are stepping up in class here and facing a Arkansas team that is (16-5) Ats in their last 21 vs a team with a winning record and they will not be intimidated by them at all. The Hogs are (9-1) Ats in their last 10 games and they have scored 31 or more in 7 straight, averaging 43 ppg in that stretch. As great a defense as OSU has, this pro style offense should and will test them tonight. Arkansas played 8 teams this year that went to a Bowl game and they went (6-2) against them and their only 2 losses came against teams from Alabama (Alabama,Auburn). Speed kills and that has hurt OSU in previous matches with the SEC (0-5 SU last 5). I'm not sure how impressive OSU was this year either after watching the teams they beat, and their league get throttled on New Year's day going (0-5). They went (0-3) on New Year's day vs SEC teams and lost those 3 games by an average of 31 ppg (Bama 49 Mich St 7, Miss St 52 Michigan 14, Florida 37 Penn St 24). Right or wrong, i'm riding the Hogs tonight. I teased it because if OSU gets 1 more TD than my predicted score, i would lose a straight wager!
