But damn, stop living in the past and realize that Lebron is the best in the game right now and only getting better.
Lebron is not the Best player in the league right now. I think that guy's name is TIM DUNCAN. Hello, 4 titles in 9 years including a clean sweep of Lebron.

You either have to be from Texas or a Spurs fan to think that.

All you're doing is making arguments for Hall of Famers against Lebron James...Give the kid a team and some years and he'll be right there too. Lebron has done way more for hoops than Duncan ever has or will. If this were 2005 you'd make a little more sense calling Duncan the best in the game.

What has Lebron done that DUNCAN han't??? Has Lebron won an MVP??? Has Lebron won an NBA Championship??? Dude, you have no argument. Now granted, Duncan is a little older now at 32, but I would take 4 titles over a gold medal any day.

Dude, you kinda created a Lebron vs. Duncan scenario. I'm telling you my opinion is that Lebron is the best overall player in the game RIGHT NOW. There isn't an argument. Thats it dude.

                      30pts, 8reb, 7 ast, and 2 steals a night for Lebron.

Dont forget if Bron went to college as long as Duncan this upcoming season would be his 2nd in the league.

Basing it on simple thinking like that doesn't cut it. Brady just set a dozen records last year and ran away with the MVP. Was Duncan even in the top 5 or 10? They are at different places in their career and the ring argument is not a good one. Is Derek Jeter the best SS in baseball? He has the rings.

Won a gold medal. Timmy only has a bronze.

You're knocking what the kid did when he was 21 years old in the Finals against an experienced Bowen and Spurs team...HE TOOK THE CLEVELAND CAVS to the FINALS at 21 years old! There is not a single person on the planet that can stop Lebron 1on1 including Pippen in his prime.
one of best all around players all time he will continue to get better hes still very young, kobe a great scorer not a team player i wont even hear that he is... kobe cant and wont win w.o shaq from 3 yrs ago he had better supportin cast then bron this yr favored to win finals and they got beat down, cavs had couple chances to steal one on road and win that series... lebron over kobe w. the same role players anywhere, anytime the king will give his team better chance to win...bron has improved shot each yr and he will need to actually become more selfish he will be best
edification will take place pull up the reins and get outta the race.

You are bazooka nuts! Why did Herm Edwards say " You play to win the Game"?? Because its about Championships!!!! and until Lebron gets 1 or 2 or 3 or 4!!!!! I say Duncan is and has been the best player in the league the last 7 to 8 years. Who cares how many shoes or posters you sell unless you are of course Lebron himself. This is about winning?? And Wayne, yes Jeter had been the best shortstop from 1996 to 2003 or 04ish. Just because Duncan isn't as flashy as Lebron or Kobe, he is a way better team player averageing HUGE rebounds and assists for a big man and being virtually unguardable. Being the best is about BEING the best right?
