Dream Team was awesome but I sure did love watching this year's team. Like your post about Kobe I thought the whole team loved being there at the Olympics. Their attitudes were awesome. It was even cool seeing them root on the other athletes.

No way...say what you want about Stockton's unflashy game, but he is a top 3 PG ever...IMO, Pippen is one of the most overrated players ever

Well, what do you want Jimmy??? They put up 8 and 9 the last 2 days. Regardless of this game they will at least pick up one game on the Mets this weekend. To me that is a good weekend. Of course you only see this game.

I agree. I've gained much respect for a few members of this years team. Respect that I really didn't have prior to the Olympics.

One memorable moment was when the women's team won their gold medal game. A few members from the men's team were in attendance. You can tell their genuine interest and appreciation for the ladies.

Another was Kidd attending the beach volleyball gold medal game knowing he was the idol of one of the girls. I saw Kidd at many other events.
