Cause when you actually have a game plan against a pitcher like the Cubs did against CC and get to the bullpen which I said was their glaring weakness, you can see what the results very well could be more times then not.
And the other 4 starts weren't against teams that are going to make the playoffs either.
In fact in five starts against playoff teams (if season ended today) he's 0-2, and his team is 1-4.
My point was made perfectly last night. That's why it was bumped.
Isn't that the game plan for every team for every game??? Get to the bullpen??? Can you please explain what that game plan actually was??? Better yet, explain what their game plan is for tonights game before it starts. It may save me having to stay up to watch the end.
You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning

I don't know about any other teams, nor do I care. But in reading and listening to the Cubs players and Pinella, it was quite clear what their game plan was.
Don't get your panties in a wad because reality might be setting in on the Brewers. I was just stating my point when they first signed him and what I thought they needed to do instead. Pure and simple.
How 2 games can change the mood of Cubs fans? A few days ago they were, once again, expecting doom and gloom.
They being Spark.
They not being Me.
You are somewhat right though...the panic button was just about pushed when they were down 5-0 Sunday and Brewers were up 4-1 early. You did the math as a Cubs fan thinking you'd be three games out by today quite possibly, but maybe God does like the Cubs after all.
Or he's just fucking with us like the past 100 years.

WOULDA! COULDA! SHOULDA!
My point is you weren't bumping this thread after any of his first 4 starts. Especially, since most Cubs fans were on the brink of expecting another collapse.
Don't come in after one OK outing by CC, that followed 4 dominating starts, proclaiming your soothsayer abilities when you were silent after his previous starts.

For the record. Aside from the Mutz, I'll be rooting for the Cubs to win the WS.

So what is the game plan tonight? Do they want to get to the pen again or do they just want to lay back tonight and see how long they can keep Parra in the game? It's not what they needed to do instead, it's what they need to do in ADDITION. FYI, fishnet panties don't wad up
