IMO. Between the three, I think it should be WVU, ASU, OSU.

Ohio St should have dropped below ASU in the polls last week. They lose at home to Illinois and ASU beat UCLA on the road and ASU drops to accomedate OSU. Fuck them. The big 1o sucks. I will give WVU their props. I would not like to see ASU play them. I think they would have a hard time vs. them.

N.D. beat UCLA on the road too. The voters know that. UCLA is crumbling fast and the win was not that "Impressive" imo.

Only time will tell. I do know this. OSU will not go to the championship game. They will go to the Rose Bowl, and Michigan will end up in a second teir, Florida bowl again, IMO.

Any team will have trouble with WVA right now--they are not one dimensional--they would cause trouble for anyone---if they didn't go and lose to South Florida that Frday night when Pat White was hurt they would be number one---but woulda coulda shoulda don't matter right now---I am stating the obvious but I don't know how many people remember White being hurt against South Florida..he played but went out--big key to victory that night IMO--

You could do that with every team though. ASU lost to Oregon who lost to Cal who lost to UCLA and UCLA couldn't even beat N.D. at home.

Totally agree Wayne--this is the way it gets--and this is why a playoff solves all mysteries--we could debate it all night and in the morning it don't freakin matter...It frustrates the hell out of me--USC has turned around their season a bit--we could say they lost to Stanford--they are still 11th in the nation--HUH??? barely beat Wash barely beat Zona won at CAL who lost today--I hear ya tough topic---

Amazing. The guys on College Football Final are talking about the same thing we are. Reese Davis says ASU should go to the final over OSU and WVU if they win out. Mark (I live in Phoenix so I can't say anything good about ASU) May says their is no way ASU would leap frog two teams to make it to the national championship.

Bottom line is everyone has a different view.

The great thing about it is that everyone is talking about ASU. Great for recruiting and the national image. I never thought ASU would be in this position this year, so I am very happy.

I think it is Change---people have a hard time changing something that has been in place forever---call me stupid or whatever--to change this would be a big task and probably have a lot of people pissed off---it only makes sense to me because year after year we have the same debate---ya know what we would start debating why teams are seeded higher than others if there was a playoff system--WHY IS OSU seeded higher than MICH--MICH BEAT OSU BUT lost to ILL(this is simulated---I know this didn't happen this year) and Ill lost to OSU for example---don't know if we will ever get away from this no matter what...

All that matters are the voters and they had OSU ahead of ASU before today. That Ohio St win won't change anything and they will not drop OSU down if they don't lose again ... and they can't!

It is no different in CBB when the bubble teams are discussed but in the end they are forgotten about when the Champion is crowned!

Yes it is--College foots rock any pub is good--I think ASU can leap frog OSU---if they beat USC convincingly--which may happen or not it should show something--OSU sitting at home doing nothing--does nothing for them--puts them in the shadows--IMO--I don't think that is good--ASU just needs to win!!
