Coughlin was f'd no matter what he did...he played the game the way it was supposed to be played and now many people think their tank is empty. And, if he rested the starters, everyone would be pointing to their atrocious record following bye's and season openers.....he couldn't win.

Losing a couple starters to injury in the N.E. game could be costly though.

Losing a couple starters to injury in the N.E. game could be costly though.

You don't have back-ups for every position and while I agree it may be costly, they may have been playing even if he did bench some starters. There are others on the O-line that would have been out before O'Hara. he would have had Diehl and Snee out before O'Hara for starters.

And I thought he was crazy playing these guys for 60 minutes, so don't think I am defending him!
