After three days we are still ahead, with the dogs spilting 1-1 yesterday for a very small profit. Surrounded by football, don't forget we have two baseball games today, the first one at 6:05 Eastern Daylight Time, the second game at 9:35 EDT. I just played................

Saturday Recap

Another day, another spilt, another profit. Winning a nice +176 with Arizona, although Philly lost a close game, left anyone still following, with a profit of 3.8 units. Nothing wrong with that, but oh what it could have been.

Just the two American League games left and right now it looks like the Boston/Angel game may not have a dog to play with the current line -108/-102. Hopefully we will see enough of a line move overnight to give us a dog play. The second game gives us Cleveland a big dog in the +180 area going for a sweep of the Yankees.

We now have a cushion of 4 plays, that could lose without us losing any money. That's the beauty of playing all the dogs.
I'll post the actual lines to use, tomorrow morning.

Both the hits and posts stopped comming. I did spilt yesterday but still made a profit of almost 4 units. With all the football now, if any of you are still following these plays with me, please do me a favor and let me know every few days. I won't post as much detail, if I'm the only one still playing these, but will continue to post the plays and how the dogs are doing so you will know for next year that you should do this.

Looks like just one play today as you have to lay juice for both teams in the Boston/Angel game. Right now it's -108, -102. It will take a very big move to have one team a +110 dog. I'll check again later on and if the line happened to change that much, I'll let you know. I doubt that will happen. We do get Cleveland at a nice +174, which I just played. No thinking allowed, but Arizona swept, Colorado swept, why not Cleveland too. The pressure on the Yankees is so high, that's what's going to take them down.

Knowing a few of you are still playing is all I need to know. I was going to say, that makes all of this worthwhile, but if the winnings hold and any of you decide to do the same thing next year, that makes it worthwhile.

jcheckers. I was going to keep posting regardless, so everyone can decide if they want to do the same thing next year. I was just going to print the data and nothing else, if no one was playing.

Ldawg. All the way through the last game of the World Series. I never broke it down to see if this does better early on or later during the World Series. It should work well all the time.

The other three Division Series all ended with 3-0 sweeps. Why not Cleveland too. The line hasen't moved at all today, dropping just a penny. Game just started.

Sunday Recap

First bad day since I started this. One game, one loss. It was looking good until the 5th inning. Still, not a big deal, losing just 5 units, when ahead by almost 20 units. I'll post the line for Cleveland tomorrow, after the overnight line has a chance to rise. It should be the biggest dog line yet.

Monday -- October 8th

One game today. Both picthers are just average, but their last start against todays opponent, sucked for both of them. Bird, August 11th, 2 innings, 7 earned runs. Wang, in game one of this series, 5.7 innings, 8 earned runs. If they hold to this form, both teams will be in their bullpen early. Cleveland's bullpen road ERA 3.49, Yankees home ERA 3.95, although the Yankees has been much lower lately. Still the bullpens seem even and Chamberlain went two innings yesterday. He would go no more than one inning today, if that.

The pitching seems fairly even to me, yet the line is sky high. Lots of value for us with the dog. If history repeats with these two starters, this will be a high scoring game and the total seems low at just 10.0. Up to you if you want to also play the total but regardless, continue to play the dog for the same amount as the last time. The wind is from the west gusting to 17 mph, but I don't know where west is in that ballpark
