  • How To Win Money Betting the Baseball Playoffs - It Works

This is so simple, it's almost like stealing money. I started doing this 8 years ago, after noticing something the two years before. 5 years have been good, 1 year was bad and 2 years were about even. Starting with the Division games thru the World Series, the dogs usually win as much or more than the favorites. Why? Because every team in the playoffs is a very good team and the dog has as much chance of winning as the favorite. Pitching? Dosen't matter. The best pitchers [say someone 18-9 for example] lose once every three starts.

This is all I do. Bet the dog every playoff game for the same amount. Don't bet any dogs at less than +110. Skip those games and do what you want. You need the discipline to stick to playing the same amount on the dog every game, no matter how things start out. I've had years that started off bad the first few games, but then the dogs started winning. What's good about this is that you don't have to win as many games as you lose. By playing the dog, you get the juice, not the book.

Try this, or at the least watch to see what happens. I play every game for 5 units and I'll post the plays and keep a record to see how it does this year. The best part, no having to spend time capping each game.

Here are the first plays for Wednesday. Lines are from sportsbook.com, which uses a 10 cent line. Believe me, a 10 cent line can be the difference between winning and losing.

    COLORADO +134
    ANAHEIM ANGELS +150
    CHICAGO CUBS +122

I like the way you think. And it is true, historically. Home advantage is a myth.

Besides, if 2 of 4 dogs win, you are in the money.

You can't always get what you want, but if you try some time, you might find, you get what you need.

I actualy like the 3 dogs today anyway.....

I'm gonna play the dogs + 1 1/2 on each game today.....adding juice, but I like the 1 1/2 run buffer.....especially when the dogs are visitors.....kapt

Thanks sandy....I was thinking on the drive in to work today about how I have no idea how to bet the playoffs. I was also thinking the other night that it's funny you can get such big odds on these playoff teams, cause just like you said, they are all good. I'll give your system a shot. THANKS!

Thanx for the writeup- I tried playing almost all dogs in the bat contest and well finished just under 500 with a plus side. But this is different. 8 talented teams and of course the fans will be on Boston and the Yanks to make them proverbial favs each game - so there is some value there. Good Luck on the system!

This is a very true point...this teams didnt make it to the playoffs because they cant get hits off good pitchers....I know Hamels is pitching today for the Phillies and that is why they are so heavily favored but +125 for the Rockies is what I might just take....I know Hamels is on the mound but look what Rockies did with Peavy....and other AMAZING pitchers this season...those hitters can hit off ANY pitcher.....

Peristence and a bank roll that allows you to bet each game accordingly are the keys for this system to work.
