I thought the best part of the interview, the part that really made her sound like an idiot, when she said that at the end of pregame, it is ritual for the team to punt a ball in the air, catch it, and then the whole team to come together and jump up and down...and the logo just happened to be under where they were jumping...ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

Everybody that heard that interview and the 2 doing it thought she was a TOTAL IDIOT! Right there she could have saved some face but didn't. Even Sportscenter was making fun of her tonight!

Still waiting for all this backlash towards FIU...why is it all directed at Miami? As far as stomping on logos, as I'm sure you know, Miami is not the only team to ever do that. You guys are still living in the past when Miami really had issues, but it hasn't been that way in a while. I wasn't a part of BC when the Clemson/SC brawl happened, and I know there was a portion of that fight that was a lot worse than this one, but I will almost guarantee that this much was not made of that brawl. A good portion of this haterade is due to the fact that it's Miami.

Jimmy- both SC and Clemson forfeited the right to go to a bowl. They acted like idiots but the schools acted swiftly and decisively....as for FIU, I agree with you, they are as much to blame...but how do they kick 2 guys out of school and Miami doesn't?

Did anyone see Mike and Mike this morning? Donna Shalala, President of Miami U was on the show. How does a complete moron get into such a prestigious position? The ongoing problems is no longer a surprise to me. Leadership starts at the top. Her excuse? They started it. She sounded like a fucking 12 years. It amazes me that was the excuse a highly educated person was using for her teams behavior.

Miami has not had to dismiss a star player for earning money through a phony job, as Oklahoma has. Miami has not had a star linebacker accused of sexual assault on the eve of its bowl game as Florida State did last year. And Miami's most recent Academic Progress Rate (956) placed it in the top 20 to 30 percent of all Division I football programs.

No defense for Tennessee, and no defense for the players involved at Oklahoma and FSU. But at least FSU sent him home (AJ Nicholson) once they found out, he didn't play in the bowl game and he was told he was not going be allowed back this year so he was forced to enter the NFL draft. He was a thug...BUT THAT IS ONE PLAYER...NOT 3/4 of the team. And one incident, not 3 in the last 7 games.
