This has got to be the best thread ever.. What so funny to me is that WAYNE and SOME of the other Red Sox fans were quick to jump on us Yankee fans when they WERE in 1st place and always jumping on his saying BLAH BLAH BLAH when us Yankee fans said something about injuries.. You always bitch about the Yanks payroll and everything.. Its not our fault that you have a cheap bitch as a owner and are too damn scared to go out and spend a little $.. And to get back to my point when the Red Sox were in 1st place the Red Sox fan (SOME NOT ALL) were quick to throw that in the Yanks fans faces.. But now that has all changed what the hell happened to that saying now?? And if for any reason you think losing Varitek is the worst thing that has happened to your team then think again.. Here goes you a little something to think about.. HOW MANY GAMES WOULD YOUR BOYS BE OUT IF IT WERE PAPI BEING HURT AND NOT VARITEK?? NUFF SAID YANKS ARE WINNERS AND THE SOX ARE OUR BITCHES.. i think red sox fans debating back and forth the severity of the injury to varitek and its importance is just us venting......it has nothing to do with you.....

You are like a guy who finally gets ahead in a game and turns into an arrogant ass!!! Kind of like a guy who rubs it in!!!

But i do not think it really bothers us as much as you think because i believe us (red sox fans) think this is more of our own undoing than anything else.....

So go beat your little chest elsewhere!!!

There is a reason that the MOST important injuries to look at (from a handicapping perspective) is Catcher, Shortstop, and Centerfield.....

Loss of a Catcher is HUGE...Look at what Pudge brought to the Marlins and Detroit. There is no doubt in my mind those seasons would have been TOTALLY different.

U want to start talking about beating my little chest elsewhere.. I think ya might want to look no farther than your red Sux fearless leader mr. Wayne and look back at his threads when the Red Sox WERE in 1st place.. every single thing he said was something about that.. Now that Boston is NO LONGER in 1st place he has nothing to says towards us Yankee fans.. He talked the shit and now it must get talked back..

2nd , judging by the debate here i do not think wayne would be classified as our leader since many disagree with this assessment....me being one.....

i think it is great to be loyal to a team....I wish i could be......but TMAC takes the cake for sure......He is making progress...I think he actually admitted Papi and Paplebon were good......
