I will say this: even though it is only one series, if the Tigers can go into Minn. and win that series 2-1, I will be VERY much impressed, considering Minn has won what 34 of 42 or something like that.
If they should sweep, then I will be EXTREMELY and i mean EXTREMELY impressed.
If they go 1-2, nothing changes(they ares still a very good team), as many expect that.
If they get swept(which I doubt), my opinion might just diminish slightly but not much, as Red Sox themselves were swept by this team in June.
In short, I think it is a good test;if memory serves me, Tigers have dominated season series so far;lets see what happens.
Personally, I think Detroit will win 2 of 3, but I am a lousy handicapper, so don't bet your savings on it.
