Does that mean that Colin Powell, Peggy Noonan and a host of other peoplewithin HER OWN party who seriously questioned her qualifications and experience are also stupid?
All the latest polling action shows that after all the initial enthusiasm for her wore off, the majority of the voters realized after listening to her parrot like memorized responses, and her inabilty to answer important questions, that she is truly not qualified and is a HUGE drag on McCain's campaign and a total embarrassment.

This country will be worse in four years thanks to Obama and his big government.Somehow it won't be his lack of leadership or his "spread the wealth" ways but somehow still George Bush's fault.Anyone who votes for Obama should have to wear
a sign that says "SUCKER" on them for the next four years

FYI there will be a debate tonight with the other candidates that are not listed on this poll. If you can pull yourself away from the game tonight the debate will start at 9:00 EST on CSPAN. (Independent) Ralph Nader, (Constitution party) Chuck Baldwin will be there. (Green party) Cynthia McKinney and (Libertarian Party) Bob Barr have been invited but haven't committed to attend yet. Sen. Obama and Sen. McCain were also invited but I don't think they will show. Especially Obama. He doesn't want too be exposed for the phony he is.

Cynthia Mckinney is the biggest joke I have ever seen.I will watch it just to see her make a dumb ass of herself.

How the hell can Colin Powell know of Palin's qualifications? He is running for cover since he thinks Obama will win and he will likely have a part in his administration. I would hardly call him a conservative anyway and it is obvious race is an issue for him. Palin has more executive experience than both Biden and Obama, so how can she not be qualified, this is ridiculous. Powell has disgraced himself by this endorsment of Obama and his dismissal of the Bill Ayers connection.

These other "semi conservative" pundits are starting to play the middle so they can have access to the chosen on if he is elected. Savage, I know you are smart enough to know how that works.

Trust me, Palin will be a major force in this and future elections. Average Americans love her and Liberal elite hate her, that is all you need to know about why she will be a major player in the future.

That's all they do, make up stories, and attack. Try listening to McCain at a rally, all he does is attack Obama. He knows he voted 90% like Bush, he's old, Palin is a joke. It's gonna be a landslide. All these republicans hated McCain before, now they have no choice but to love him.

They shared an office while serving on the same board of directors for 3 years.

Obama sought him out when he first came to Chicago to get his political career started among other things.

Thats all I need to know, Ayers is a disgraceful human so why associate with him unless you share some of his belief's???

                      Great judgement Obama. Socialist.

Keeping reaching. I heard McCain once talked to a friend of Timothy McVeigh's brothers uncle's sister. Do share everyone's beliefs that your in contact with? I'll answer it for you, no you don't. You can keep bringing up bullshit, and avoid the real issues, this is gonna be a landslide.

I used Colin Powell as an example because he is extremely bright, and has a ton of experience militarily and politically.
He has heard her speak, has a sense of what she has done as governor, and the fact that he thinks overall she doesn't measure up means a lot.
You can call his statements and endorsement disgraceful if you like, but that is your opinion based on your assessment.
In the case of Peggy Noonan, she is considered a truly scholarly and respected writer and historian by any objective person and is very conservative.
You simply cannot dismiss her when she says that Palin was a poor choice based on her lack of qualifications and experience.
Other folks in her own party are also now conceding that she was a poor choice.
Lets face it-she was chosen to get the female vote and especially those who wanted Hillary.
She is relatively young and fairly attractive.
If such a thing could be proven, I would make a large bet that if she were a guy with the same "qualifications" and "experience," she wouldn't have made it to first base as far as even being considered as McCain's running mate. Some day she may become a force once she gets the experience-the time is not now, and the fact that her support numbers with the general population re; qualifications and experience have dropped dramatically since the initial excitement after she was chosen, is verificatation of this.
When you also consider her abuse of power as governor of Alaska in getting someone fired because he wouldn't fire her ex brother-in-law, you have a person who in my opinion is TOTALLY unqualifed to serve as VP or heaven forbid president.
Thank God in this instance the majority of the population realizes that all that glitters isn't gold!

How about an apology pin to the parents of soldiers killed in Iraq? That would be a start!
