LOS ANGELES (AP) The Los Angeles Dodgers clinched their fifth straight NL West title, beating the San Francisco Giants 4-2 on Friday night as Cody Bellinger set an NL rookie record with his 39th home run.

Los Angeles will open the NL Division Series at home on Oct. 6. The Dodgers are seeking to reach the World Series for the first time since 1988 under manager Tommy Lasorda, who was on hand at Dodger Stadium to celebrate his 90th birthday.

Bellinger hit a three-run homer in the third off Jeff Samardzija (9-15), topping the NL rookie mark set by Wally Berger in 1930 and matched by Frank Robinson in 1956.

After a record run that saw the Dodgers push their record to 91-36, they had gone just 6-20 - including a dismal 1-16 stretch - to make clinching their division more laborious than anticipated. Los Angeles stopped a nine-game home losing streak.

Rich Hill (11-8) allowed one run and five hits in six innings with ninth strikeouts. Pablo Sandoval homered leading off the ninth against Kenley Jansen, who struck out the next three batters for his 40th save in 41 chances.

    CUBS 5, BREWERS 4, 10 INNINGS

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Pinch-hitter Tommy La Stella drew a bases-loaded walk off All-Star closer Corey Knebel with one out in the 10th inning, helping the Chicago Cubs beat the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4 on Friday night to tighten their grip on the NL Central.

The Cubs hold a five-game lead with nine days left in the regular season after winning their second straight tense game over the Brewers. Milwaukee dropped into third in the division, 5 1/2 games behind Chicago, after St. Louis beat Pittsburgh.

The Brewers had the tying run at first with one out in the bottom of the 10th, but Eric Sogard was called out at second trying to advance on a ball in the dirt. Shortstop Addison Russell appeared to hold the tag as Sogard's foot lifted off second for a split-second, and the call was confirmed on review.

Knebel (1-4) took the loss after allowing three walks and two hits over two innings. Carl Edwards Jr. (5-4) got the win with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief.

    MARINERS 3, INDIANS 1

SEATTLE (AP) - Nelson Cruz hit a game-ending two-run homer in the ninth inning, lifting Seattle over Cleveland.

Cruz lined a 2-1 pitch from closer Cody Allen (3-7) out to deep right-center field, snapping Seattle's six-game skid and improving its very slim wild-card hopes. The Mariners are five games behind Minnesota for the last AL playoff spot with eight games remaining.

Cruz also cooled baseball's hottest team. Cleveland lost for the second time since Aug. 23, a span of 29 games that included an historic 22-game winning streak. It ended a franchise-record 14-game road winning streak - the Indians hadn't lost away from home since Aug. 20 at Kansas City.

Erasmo Ramirez shut down Cleveland for eight innings, and Edwin Diaz (4-6) pitched the ninth to cap a three-hitter.

    CARDINALS 4, PIRATES 3

PITTSBURGH (AP) - Randal Grichuk scored after an error by shortstop Jordy Mercer, capping a frantic ninth-rally that lifted surging St. Louis over Pittsburgh.

The playoff-chasing Cardinals won their fourth straight, despite trailing by a run entering the ninth. They're 1 1/2 games behind the Rockies for the final NL wild card.

Stephen Piscotty led off with a double to right against closer Felipe Rivero (5-3), and Jedd Gyorko followed with a pinch-hit RBI single. After Tommy Pham's single, Grichuk pinch-ran for Gyorko at third. He scored when Mercer misplayed Dexter Fowler's sharp groundball.

Former Pirates reliever Juan Nicasio (4-5) got the win after working the eighth and ninth. Fowler and Piscotty had two hits each.

    ROCKIES 4, PADRES 1

SAN DIEGO (AP) - Nolan Arenado ended Colorado's scoreless streak at 23 innings with a solo homer, and the Rockies beat San Diego.

Colorado hadn't scored since the eighth inning of a loss to San Francisco on Tuesday night, dropping a pair of shutouts in between. Arenado sparked the Rockies with his 35th homer, and Ian Desmond and Trevor Story also went deep.

Jon Gray (9-4) pitched six innings to win his fourth straight road start, and Colorado stayed 1 1/2 games ahead of the St. Louis Cardinals for the final NL wild card. The Milwaukee Brewers are two games back.

Greg Holland got his 41st save, tying Jose Jimenez's club record from 2002.

The Rockies had no baserunners against former teammate Jordan Lyles (1-4) before Arenado hit the second pitch of the fifth over the right-field wall.

    BLUE JAYS 8, YANKEES 1

TORONTO (AP) - Ryan Goins successfully pulled off a hidden-ball trick and hit his second career grand slam, leading Toronto over Masahiro Tanaka (12-12) and ensuring New York had to wait at least one more day to clinch a playoff berth.

With Todd Frazier on base following a leadoff double in the third, Jose Bautista made a running catch just in front of the right field warning track on Jacoby Ellsbury's one-out drive. Goins caught Bautista's throw while standing near second base, then pretended to toss the ball to pitcher Marco Estrada (10-8) while slipping in into his glove.

Goins turned his back to Frazier, who had returned to the base, and when Frazier briefly lifted his left foot off the base, Goins tagged him on the left thigh. Frazier insisted he had maintained contact with the base, but umpire Mark Carlson called him out to end the inning.

    ASTROS 3, ANGELS 0

HOUSTON (AP) - Justin Verlander pitched one-hit ball over seven innings to remain perfect with Houston and Yuli Gurriel hit a three-run homer to propel the Astros.

Verlander (14-8) walked two and struck out six to improve to 4-0 since being traded from Detroit on Aug. 31.

Gurriel connected off Yusmeiro Petit (5-2) on his 18th home run to give Houston a 3-0 lead in the seventh.

Chris Devenski pitched a perfect eighth before Ken Giles allowed a hit and a walk with no outs before settling down to finish the inning and pick up his 33rd save.

    DIAMONDBACKS 13, MARLINS 11

PHOENIX (AP) - Chris Iannetta homered twice and drove in a career-high eight runs, and Arizona outslugged Miami.

J.D. Martinez and Christian Walker also homered for the Diamondbacks, who can clinch their first postseason berth in six years with a win Saturday and a loss by St. Louis.

Arizona erased a 9-7 deficit with five runs in the sixth.

Walker got his first career pinch-homer off Jarlin Garcia to make it 9-8. David Peralta reached on an error before Dustin McGowan (8-2) struck out A.J. Pollock. But Paul Goldschmidt walked and Martinez reached on an infield single ahead of Iannetta, who homered onto the walkway above the center-field fence to put the Diamondbacks ahead 12-9.

Iannetta's grand slam was his fifth and first since May 28, 2015. He hit multiple homers in the same game for the third time.

J.J. Hoover (2-1) got the win, and Fernando Rodney finished his 39th save.

    TWINS 7, TIGERS 3

DETROIT (AP) - Max Kepler and Brian Dozier homered, Byron Buxton had three hits and playoff-chasing Minnesota beat Detroit.

Buxton's two-run double in the fourth put the Twins ahead to stay against a Detroit team that announced before the game that manager Brad Ausmus will not be back in 2018.

Minnesota came into the night leading the race for the American League's second wild card by 2 + games over Texas and the Los Angeles Angels.

Kyle Gibson (12-10) allowed three runs and five hits in seven innings for the Twins. He struck out six and walked two.

Daniel Norris (4-8) allowed five runs and seven hits in 4 2/3 innings.

    ATHLETICS 4, RANGERS 1

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - Rookie Matt Olson hit his sixth home run in seven games, a second-inning drive off Nick Martinez that helped Oakland damage Texas' playoff hopes.

Olson homered following a leadoff walk to Khris Davis, his 13th home run in September and his 16th in his last 23 games.

Shin-Soo Choo hit his 21st home run for Texas, which has lost six of its last seven at Oakland.

Martinez (3-7) allowed four runs - three earned - and five hits in six innings. He is winless in six starts and four relief appearances since June 25.

Kendall Graveman (6-4) gave up one run, six hits and three walks in seven innings as Oakland won its fifth straight, and Blake Treinen retired three batters for his 10th save.

    RED SOX 5, REDS 4

CINCINNATI (AP) - Rafael Devers hit a three-run homer and Boston extended its AL East lead to four games by overcoming Scooter Gennett's fourth grand slam of the season.

Boston added to its lead with the help of the Yankees' loss at Toronto. The Red Sox have won 12 of 15, keeping the Yankees at bay while moving a season-high 25 games over .500 (89-64).

Rick Porcello gave up Gennett's fourth grand slam - a Reds' season record - in the first inning. He lasted a season-low four innings, turning a 5-4 lead over to the bullpen. Porcello has lost 17 games - most in the majors - after winning 22 last year along with the AL Cy Young Award.

Devers hit his shot off Sal Romano (5-7). David Price (6-3) got the victory in relief.

    METS 7, NATIONALS 6

NEW YORK (AP) - Travis d'Arnaud hit two home runs and New York ended a three-game skid, rallying past a watered-down Washington lineup.

Nationals manager Dusty Baker said he needed to ''give my big boys much needed rest'' with the playoffs nearing, and not a single regular started for the NL East champions. Star Daniel Murphy pinch hit in the eighth and flied out.

Nori Aoki had three hits for the Mets, including a go-ahead double in the sixth inning off Joe Blanton (2-4). Chasen Bradford (2-0) pitched a scoreless inning for the win.

    WHITE SOX 7, ROYALS 6

CHICAGO (AP) - Matt Davidson drove in three runs with his 26th homer and a double, Yoan Moncada hit a two-run drive and Chicago overcame a four-run deficit to beat Kansas City.

The Royals dropped 4+ games behind Minnesota for the second AL wild card with nine games left. Jason Hammel (8-13) allowed seven runs and eight hits in 3 1/3 innings.

White Sox rookie Reynaldo Lopez (3-3) allowed six runs - two earned - and 10 hits over 6 1/3 innings to win his third straight start. Juan Minaya pitched a scoreless ninth for his sixth save.

    RAYS 8, ORIOLES 3

BALTIMORE (AP) - Wilson Ramos hit his third career grand slam, Evan Longoria also went deep and Tampa Bay throttled Ubaldo Jimenez and Baltimore.

Alex Cobb (12-10) earned his career-high 12th win for the Rays, who interrupted a 4-9 slide and kept alive their slim playoff hopes.

Jimenez (6-11) gave up six runs and eight hits in three innings. He was booed lustily by the home fans after each Tampa Bay home run.

    BRAVES 7, PHILLIES 2

ATLANTA (AP) - Kurt Suzuki homered twice, Nick Markakis drove in three runs and Atlanta beat Philadelphia.

Sean Newcomb (4-8) won his second straight start, allowing two runs in 5 1/3 innings.

Atlanta scored five runs in the first off Ben Lively (3-7) on Ozzie Albies' RBI single, Markakis' two-run single and Suzuki's two-run homer.

    • LEADING OFF: Superheroes in NY, Ivy Leaguers in Milwaukee
      September 22, 2017

A look at what's happening all around the majors Saturday:

      SUPERHERO DAY

Mets ace Noah Syndergaard is expected to make a one-inning start against Washington in his first major league game in nearly five months, and Matt Harvey will take the mound after that. Syndergaard has been out since April 30 because of a partially torn lat muscle on his right side. It will be the first time Thor and the Dark Knight pitch in the same game, and the first-ever relief appearance for Harvey in the majors. Stephen Strasburg is up for the Nats.

      SCREEN CALLS

Todd Frazier is calling for major league teams to expand protective netting at their ballparks before the end of the season after a girl was struck by his 105 mph foul ball Wednesday at Yankee Stadium. A few teams have already announced plans to add netting before next season. ''I think 2018, that's too late,'' Frazier said. ''It should be up sooner than that.'' The New York infielder has spoken with the father of the girl, who remains hospitalized. Frazier said her father told him she is ''OK.''

      IVY SHOWDOWN

Cubs right-hander and former Dartmouth ace Kyle Hendricks squares off against Brewers lefty and one-time Harvard starter Brent Suter as Chicago and Milwaukee continue a pivotal four-game series. Hendricks and Suter only started against each other once in college, both throwing seven-inning complete games in a 3-1 Big Green victory May 1, 2011. Chicago is trying to hold off Milwaukee for the NL Central title.

      CARDINAL CLIMB

Surging St. Louis rallied to win its fourth straight Friday and vault over Milwaukee in the NL playoff chase. The Cardinals try to keep climbing as Lance Lynn (11-7, 3.09) takes on Pirates ace Gerrit Cole (11-11, 4.13). St. Louis is still five games back of the Cubs in the NL Central, but could catch Colorado for the final NL wild card by the end of the weekend.

      SONNY'S SUPPORT

Despite a 3.29 ERA, Sonny Gray is just 3-6 in nine starts for the Yankees since being acquired from the Athletics in a July trade, in part because New York has scored one or fewer runs in five of those games. Gray and the Yankees can clinch a spot in the postseason with a win against Toronto or losses by both the Angels and Rangers.

      • Dodgers' Bellinger sets NL rookie home-run record with 39th
        September 22, 2017

LOS ANGELES (AP) Dodgers first baseman Cody Bellinger has broken the National League rookie record with his 39th home run of the season.

Bellinger hit a three-run shot in the third inning Friday night against San Francisco Giants right-hander Jeff Samardzija. Bellinger passed the mark shared by Wally Berger (1930) and Frank Robinson (1956).

The only rookies with more homers than Bellinger are Mark McGwire (49, 1987) and Aaron Judge (46, this season with the New York Yankees).

The 21-year-old Bellinger wasn't called up to the major leagues until April 25, missing Los Angeles' first 20 games.

The home run gave the Dodgers a 4-1 lead over the Giants.

        • Saturday’s six-pack

College football trends for this weekend……..

          — Florida won 30 in a row over Kentucky (9-1 vs spread in last 10)

          — UTEP won 8 in a row over New Mexico State (6-0-2 vs spread)

          — Underdogs are 6-1-1 vs spread in last 8 UL-Monroe/UL-Lafayette tilts.

          — Oregon won its last 10 games with Arizona State (8-1-1 vs spread)

          — North Carolina scored 118 points in its first three games, but still lost twice.

          — Auburn struggled to beat Mercer 24-10 LW; they were -5 in turnovers.

          ***************************

Saturday’s List of 13: Random stuff with weekend here…….

          13) Could the NFL make the Chargers go back to San Diego in 2018-19, until the new stadium in Inglewood is ready? There were rumblings on the Interweb Friday that this is a possibility, after the Dolphins-Chargers game didn’t sell out a 27,000-seat stadium last week.

          12) This will be the 13th year in a row that the American League beats the National in interleague play.

          11) Detroit Tigers fired Brad Ausmus Friday; he’ll finish out the last ten days of the season, but the soon-to-rebuild Tigers will have a new skipper to oversee the rebuilding process.

          10) Vikings’ oft-injured QB Sam Bradford (knee) is out for Sunday’s game with Tampa Bay. Case Keenum will start for Minnesota.

          9) Toronto gave pitcher Marco Estrada $13M for next year, making you wonder what Sonny Gray will be making after his arbitration hearing this winter.

          8) Miami OH led Cincinnati 17-14 in a rivalry game LW; RedHawks had lost 11 games in a row to their rivals from the Big East, so winning this game would be a big deal for Miami.

Miami had the ball 3-and-7 on its own 8-yard line after a delay penalty backed them up on 3rd-and-2. With roughly 1:15 left, Miami then tried a pass, which was picked off and run back 14 yards and run back for the TD that gave Cincinnati their 12th win in a row over Miami.

          Oy.

          7) Clemson lost its kicker to a torn ACL that happened in practice Wednesday; a teammate rolled up on his leg during a kicking drill.

          6) 49ers have 17 players who were on another team LY; they also have 15 rookies, three more than any other NFL team.

          5) There is actually a movie called I Spit on Your Grave, which sounds like an epic love story; imagine my surprise when I realized that at least two sequels to this film classic have been made.

          4) South Florida 43, Temple 7— Owls had 7 first downs and 6 turnovers. Yikes.

          3) Paradise Jam college basketball tournament will be moved from the Virgin Islands this fall because of the hurricane damage- they haven’t announced where it will be held this season.

          2) NL Wild Card update:
          — Cardinals 4, Pirates 3— Good time to be playing the free-falling Pirates.
          — Cubs 5, Brewers 4 (10)— Three brutal losses in a row for Milwaukee.
          — Rockies 4, Padres 1— Colorado leads Wild Card race by 1.5 games.
          — Dodgers clinched the NL West last night.

          1) AL Wild Card update:
          — Twins 7, Tigers 3— Paul Molitor is AL Manager of the Year.
          — Astros 3, Angels 0— Verlander was great acquisition by Houston.
          — A’s 4, Rangers 1— Only teams above .500 in AL are the playoff teams.

                      **********

Armadillo: Sunday's List of 13: Wrapping up a sports Saturday……..

                      13) TCU 44, Oklahoma State 31— Horned Frogs score a TD with 2:37 left to go up 43-31; they kick the PAT— why?!?!?!? At that point, 44-31 is the same as 43-31, but 45-31 is a lot better.

Up 44-31 with 2:37 left, Oklahoma State could’ve still scored two TD’s to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, and then would some faces be red. It didn’t happen, but as a coach, you have to guard against all kinds of unlikely events.

                      12) Florida 28, Kentucky 27— Talk about a gut punch; Kentucky led this game 27-14 with 8:30 to play, but let it slip away in last minute— they’ve now lost 31 games in a row to Florida. Wildcats cover the spread here, just 2nd time they’ve done it in last 11 series games, but this game will sting a lot longer than most losses do.

Wildcats ran the ball into field goal range with 0:05 left to play, but a holding call against them nullified the run and pushed them out of field goal range. Kentucky gets favorable calls in basketball, but not in football.

Kentucky missed a 57-yard field goal on the last play of the game.

                      11) Texas A&M 50, Arkansas 43 (OT)— A&M is playing a ton of freshmen; this was a wacky game that was fun to watch, if you didn’t care who won (or covered). Arkansas led 21-7 in the second quarter.

                      10) South Carolina 17, Louisiana Tech 16—- WR Edwards made a great catch on a 41-yard bomb that set Gamecocks up for a short FG that won game with 0:05 left.

Tech coach Skip Holtz once worked for his dad at South Carolina, but was passed over for the head coaching job when the Gamecocks hired Steve Spurrier (wise move) to replace Lou Holtz. This would’ve been sweet revenge for Skip, but it wasn’t to be.

                      9) Central Florida 38, Maryland 10— Terps have played three games, are already down to their #3 QB, which is a disaster. This isn’t the NFL, where you can go sign another QB if you need one. Maryland may be installing a Wildcat package soon with a RB or WR-turned-QB.

                      8) UL-Monroe 56, UL-Lafayette 50 (OT)— Warhawks blew a 43-22 lead with 8:00 to play in game, but won in OT, beating their in-state rivals for just second time in last 10 meetings. There were 1,119 yards of offense in this game, with no turnovers.

                      7) Idaho 29, South Alabama 23 (OT)— These teams are in same league, despite being located 2,578 miles from each other. How did that happen?

Idaho’s QB is Matt Linehan, whose dad Scott is the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive coordinator.

                      6) Upsets of the Week:
Arizona State (+15) 37, Oregon 35— Week’s biggest upset happened after midnight.
TCU (+13) 44, Oklahoma State 31— What a difference a week makes for OSU, who led 49-14 at halftime last week.
Virginia (+12) 42, Boise State 23— Big upset on Friday night.
NC State (+11) 27, Florida State 21— Seminoles are 0-2 for first time since 1989.
New Mexico (+10.5) 16, Tulsa 13— Tulsa lost 54-51 last week. No bueno.

                      5) Tennessee 17, UMass 13— Vols were a 27.5-point favorite; they won, but this still ain’t going to sit well with the fanbase. UMass had been 0-4 against the spread before covering here.

                      4) Marlins 12, Diamondbacks 6— Giancarlo Stanton hit his 57th home run.

                      3) San Diego State 28, Air Force 24— Most of first half was played in a monsoon, until game was finally stopped for an hour because of lightning, with Air Force leading 9-0. Rain stopped after the delay and game became more normal.

Look at the Stanford score down below; Aztecs held Cardinal to 8 first downs last week.

                      2) Penn State 21, Iowa 19— McSorley threw a 7-yard TD pass on the last play of the game, as the Nittany Lions avoid an upset in Iowa City.

Total yardage in game was 571-273 Penn State; those last seven yards were the difference.

                      1) Stanford 58, UCLA 34— It is September 24 and UCLA has already allowed 44+ points in three games this season. Gonna be a long season in Westwood; when does hoop practice start?

                              Double-Play Picks

Los Angeles Angels at Houston Astros (-153, 8.5)

Tonight on Sunday Night Baseball will be the 19th and final meeting of the season between the Angels and Astros. The Astros, of course, have already clinched the American League West and are getting tuned up for the post-season, while the Angels now sit 4.5 games back in the Wildcard race and will need a minor miracle to get into the one-game play-in against the Yankees.

All good teams go through a slump at some point during the long summer grind. The Astros had theirs and have emerged with flying colors, now winners of eight of their last nine games overall. As they continue their tune-up for October, one of their major areas of concern is Lance McCullers. The hard-throwing righty has been dealing with arm fatigue and will make only his second start since July.

Over his last five starts he owns an ERA of 8.63 and a WHIP of 2.00. These numbers are not good, however throwing at the major league level is not easy when your body simply won't allow you to toss at maximum velocity. The 'Stros are hopeful that McCullers is healthy and tonight will be his tune-up for a key post-season role.

The Angels will counter with Tyler Skaggs who is only 2-6 on the season with a very pedestrian 4.30 ERA in 14 starts. The Astros rank third in Major League Baseball with a .278 batting average against left-handed pitching this season and rank second in baseball (shockingly behind the Detroit Tigers) with a .816 OPS against lefties.

The Astros will get to Skaggs and pull out the victory tonight but there will also be a bit of rust from McCullers on the home side. Bullpens will come into play for both sides and that hasn't been the most reliable tool for either club this season. This game plays out like a 6-3 or 6-4 victory for the Astros.

                              Pick 1: Astros -153

                              Pick 2: Over 8.5

                              Yesterday's Picks: 2-0
                              Season To Date: 155-139-15

                              Streaking and Slumping Starting Pitchers

                              Streaking:
Corey Kluber, Cleveland Indians (17-4, 2.35 ERA, $302)

Corey Kluber is putting together a pretty nice little run for the Indians and when I say that, I mean he’s been the best pitcher in baseball since June 1st. The right-hander has won nine of his last ten starts and is currently on a 22-inning scoreless streak.

Over his last three starts, he has allowed only two earned runs (0.78 ERA), 11 total hits over 23 innings of work (0.52 WHIP), and a ludicrous 30 strikeouts to only one walk. Kluber has actually given up more home runs (2) then walks over this stretch.

Corey Kluber looks to continue adding to his CY Young resume in Seattle today and the Indians are available at -201.

                              Slumping:
Doug Fister, Boston Red Sox (5-8, 4.86 ERA, $35)

It had been a couple seasons since Doug Fister had been a highly productive MLB starter, but for a few weeks where he was the best pitcher in the Red Sox rotation not named Chris Sale.

No one believed it would last long, but my goodness things fell apart quickly.

In his last two starts he has thrown six total innings, allowed 11 runs (16.50 ERA) and has a 2.6667 WHIP. Fister has actually walked more batters (6) than he has struck out (4) in those starts.

Foster and the Red Sox are -130 road chalk this afternoon in Cincinnati against rookie Jackson Stephens and the Reds.

                              Sunday's Top Trends

                              * Tigers are 1-10 in their last 11 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. +151 vs. Twins.

                              * Red Sox are 11-1 in the last 12 meetings with Reds. -130 @ Reds.

                              * Over is 11-2 in Ian Kennedys last 13 starts vs. American League Central. KC/CHW Total: 9.5.

                              * Under is 11-0-1 in Brewers last 12 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. CHC/MIL Total: 9.

                              * Dodgers are 45-10 in Clayton Kershaw’s last 55 home starts. -293 vs. Giants.

Weather To Keep An Eye On

There should be no precipitation impacting any action on the field today across Major League Baseball.

The most notable winds in the forecast are at Oakland Coliseum where the Athletics are hosting the Rangers and will be greeted with a 10-15 mile per hour wind blowing out to right-center. The total is sitting at 9.5. There will be an 11-13 mile per hour wind blowing in from left-center this afternoon at Petco Park for the matchup between the Padres and visiting Rockies. The total is currently set at 8.5.

                              Ump Of The Day

Will Little will be calling balls and strikes tonight in Houston where the Astros will be hosting the Angels. Not great news for Astros backers as the road team has won 14 of his last 17 games behind the dish.

On the season Little ranks 84 out of 92 in home team winning percentage. If you had blindly bet $100.00 on the home team in his 25 appearances behind the plate you would have lost $1033.

The Angels are +141 road pups tonight.
